Anyways, back to the point, children seem to feel happy here. Not much whining or crying and staff seems to be kid friendly for the children. If it's he first time for your kid to get teeth done, then obviously expect crying while you sit with them. Waiting area is quite comfy, tv plays cartoons for kids. It's like a playpen for the little ones. Parking here is moderately big, other stores next to it. Recommended for children to have their teeth cleaned, and to distract them.

I am a very apprehensive (chicken) person when it comes to dental work ... my last dentist retired last year and I was forced to start all over again. From the beginning of walking in the front door, the front end ladies were very good at listening to my concerns and putting me at ease. They have a front end water feature that is very soothing. The dental assistant that brought me to the chair. was fantastic ... making me feel very at ease. The Dr. has been doing this for a number of years and was very attentive to my concerns. I felt nothing after the freezing needle (a minor poke). I need some major work that will require a lot of visits. I actually look forward to going back (never thought I would say that). After having my daughter here for braces they tried to make it seem like she had a cavity and it…read moreneeded to be drilled and filled asap, when i looked for a second opinion at my orthodontist they disagreed and so no real danger in the tooth. Despite that my main concern was after her braces they put a metal retainer on the back of her teeth without consulting me first. These retainers are for people who do not put their retainers on regularly, but my daughter puts it on every night. i'm pretty unhappy that they put on a retainer without asking if it was necessary as when she got it removed there was a lot of picking and drilling. This was because there was excessive amounts of glue (hardened as it's inside the mouth) on her teeth.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and a crown put in. The…read morebest experience I have ever had with a dentist. I see Dr. Wasylucha and he is a great dentist. He set me at ease when he was pulling my wisdom teeth. He is very calm and slow and attentive when freezing his patients I barely felt the needles at all. I'm not scared of the dentist or needles but he really makes he experience that much better. I go for teeth cleanings every 6 months my dental hygienist is also phenomenal. She's gentle and friendly and explains everything you need to know. They have comfortable dentist chairs and TVs in each room on the ceiling. This is very helpful as it distracts you from what's going on. Kristina and Dr. Wasylucha make the experience better. Even the lovely ladies at the reception desk are great and helpful. I will continue to come here as long as I can.

A cheapskate father and then a widowed mother pretty much ensured I would have crooked teeth for life, and then after my wisdom teeth were pulled, the problem got worse. After I was widowed, I decided to take a giant step. The first ortho I went to wouldn't let me do anything but Invisalign, which doesn't really work with my lifestyle (constant noshing and coffee drinking while working from home). I wanted real braces because we're all wearing face masks now anyway and the treatment time is shorter, but because I'd had a root canal and several crowns, she was insistent. Also, she wouldn't touch me until I had a special x-ray to determine if my TMJ/jaw arthritis was still active. Since that was $8500 for the braces and another $6000 for the x-ray (out of pocket!), I walked. I am not spending almost $15K on my teeth. I told my dentist I was considering SmileDirect, and she begged me not to, because of the real damage I could do to my bite, possible teeth falling out etc, and she spooked me. She told me to try Pure instead because they were more reasonable. I did, and paid $6200 right upfront. WAY better. I'm the only person over 40 in the entire office (including the doctors!), and the SpongeBob and Powerpuff Girls and whatnot are entertaining on the TV when I go in, but I far prefer it to my old snaggle-tooth look. I had to go in once for a very painful piece of toothbrush bristle stuck (I thought I'd busted a wire!), and I go in next month for my first tightening. No charge for that, as part of routine maintenance. If you bust or lose brackets, it's usually no sweat, unless you do it constantly. After about 5, then they have to start charging. I love looking in the mirror and seeing my really ugly protruding tooth on my bottom row has finally been tamed and is no longer going on walkabout away from all its buddies.
