I asked a friend of mine that processes her own deer and she said I have never seen them because they are very time consuming and tedious. So this taxidermy takes the time to make use of the whole deer. Every roast I have cooked has been so good and tender like you wouldn't believe! For the ground there is no gristle. It's clean meat.
