I hired Ivo to: repair, waterproof and install tiles on the outside uncovered deck. I met his demand by paying $2,000. for materials plus $200. for the step. Ivo would avoid answering my questions as to how the deck would be finished. Ivo did no work, hired workers who had NO instructions to repair rot, would tile over rot, and applied NO waterproof membrane. Untreated wood was used to replace 2" x 8" joists and build a 10" step, should be 7 1/2". I received NO reply to my emails nor has Ivo returned to correct and complete this project. The deck required inspection for rot, be removed and repaired; waterproofing, and tiled. These were not done.
