More like here is the vehicle, make your own assessment (Which I was very grateful for!!!) He was very knowledgeable and showed me different features on the vehicle. I called back later in the day and let him know that I did want to buy he, he was generous enough to have it delivered to the new Annex they have in Fairfield, I worked with Russel and finished purchasing it on my lunch break! My vehicle had steering box and other repairs done. I had to bring it back as there was fluid…read moreleaking wherever I parked. I was told only Master Mechanic who did the work would fix. I was told leaking was hoses and the groaning from engine was the belt and pulleys that needed cleaning and adjusting. I am back at VIP as the leaking is now worse and the groaning is very concerning. I was told it could not be looked at today but could be on Monday. I understand being short staffed and scheduling is an issue, but when a customers vehicle has to be left for previous repairs that are failing, it makes the situation untenable. I chose VIP based upon AAA endorsement and referral plus the Veterans discount. I know there was a change in management at this Farmingdale location and the service being received is nothing like I received with the previous management team.

I wasn't clued into this until my boyfriend texted me from work and told me they called him to tell him the tire change was done. What the hell? -Secondly, They talk crap about customers who come in right in front of other customers, right behind the counter. -I brought my own car in a few times, and was told it passed inspection but would need new brakes ASAP. This was in April and it is now July. I have had zero issues with my brakes- no squealing, no stopping issues, etc. I decided to give them one more chance (They are the closest auto repair shop to me and more convenient) and went in for a basic oil change. When I initially went to see them for the same maintenance it was a total of $60. This last time it was $100! This was for just a regular oil change. I asked why such a large cost increase and the worker told me oil has gotten more expensive everywhere, which after speaking with friends/relatives I know this to be untrue. I will not be coming back here for anything.
