He explained all details & answered my questions in a way that was not rushed at all. Everything he promised was delivered (immaculate Chevy Suburban, professional/excellent driver). John also provided his cell phone in case anything came up. Our driver Eric was phenomenal. A consummate professional and an all around lovely person. I was going to a medical procedure and was a bit nervous. Eric helped me in & out of the car for pick up at my home, arrival at my appt., leaving the appt., and then back home. A true gentleman. We are very happy with Denny's Transportation! We called and spoke to John to schedule a pick up from our house to LAX and back (when we return 5 days later). Our conversation was easy and all necessary info was given. Mike picked us up at 5:30am on a Sunday, as scheduled. Lincoln town car. Ride was smooth and comfy and got us to LAX with plenty of time for us to relax and grab a drink :-) thx, Mike! Eric was at LAX waiting for us upon our arrival and had us text him our pillar number (outside middle concrete area) after getting our bags at baggage claim. This is by far the best car service I have ever used!! John who is the owner who drove us to LAX from Santa Clarita. He was so warm, welcoming, and courteous. The ride was a dream. Eric picked us on the return trip. He too was reliable and so welcoming. We hit some heavy traffic on the way home from LAX, and Eric remained cool, calm, collected, and friendly even as he found new and efficient detour route. Our plane was delayed and he kept up with changing destinations times. He was super timely picking us up. In fact, we kept him waiting since my luggage was the last to arrive! It was as if we had top notch personal drivers only we didn't have to provide the vehicle. They came with top notch SUVs in pristine condition. We've used this service for our last two trips (both were cross-country flights from LAX). Traveling with 2 young kids (and car seats) makes long-term LAX parking or a shuttle service less than optimal. We opted for an SUV service and it was surprisingly affordable. Communication from John and the driver was excellent, it's just like texting with a buddy who's picking you up from the airport. The SUV's were very clean and they always showed up right on time. On our most recent trip, our return flight was changed the day before and then delayed several times. Our flight eventually landed at LAX at 2am and the driver was there, ready to get us home after a pretty terrible travel day. We definitely appreciated the flexibility and dependability. read more

Booked a last minute trip to Hawaii and had to leave our house (in the valley) at around 3am, it was an early flight. I considered parking my car at the airport, but I didn't want to drive that early; I considered rideshare but I didn't want the anxiety of having to deal with it that early in the morning. I booked Denny's Transportation gave him my flight info and was set. I literally set it and forget it. After all this was supposed to be a vacation, right? SO glad I went with this car service! John picked us up right on time, we even made a request to go to Starbucks which he accommodated. It was so nice not having to deal with any traffic, parking ect. Just sat back and relaxed. The price honestly wasn't too bad either. On the way back John confirmed with me. He unfortunately had another client who's flight was delay so he had his father, Mr Denny himself pick us up. Booked for my wife and kids for a 3:30 house pickup to catch an early flight out of LAX. Arrived on time and got my family safe to the airport. My wife said she could tell he was a professional driver- safe following distances, smooth acceleration & stopping, etc. The driver was everything we expected and more.
