I took in a small branch and some pictures, I was told it looked like a fungal infection and as the weather go warmer it would resolve itself. The tree lost all it's leave's within a month or so. I again contacted Landscape Gardens, they ask that I email them with pictures, I was again told the tree should come out of it. Now at the end of the summer I took a branch in and they agree it was dead. They explained that I had not purchased the yearly contract for over 100 dollars, but if I did buy it they would replace the tree and give me 25%off of the price to have a new tree planted. I find this unacceptable, Not only do I have a dead tree, but they want me to buy coverage that is more than half the price of a tree, and then pay again for having it planted. I will not be doing business with them again and will go elsewhere for a new tree.
