In the end it was only my battery that needed replacing, they didn't try to rip me off by suggesting other work, all in all it was a very positive experience. They also provided a 4 year guarantee on my battery. I think I have found my garage for life!

LEFT MY VAN ON THE ROAD, UNLOCKED AFTER A WEEK OF NO CONTACT…read more Terrible experience with these folks. I called to book my van in on a Thursday to fix an oil leak and change the alternator which had caused the battery to be flat. The earliest appointment was on the following Tuesday at 9. I asked the person on reception if it was ok to drop it off Sunday night, which was confirmed. Monday morning and I get a confused call from one of the mechanics asking why my vans on there forecourt, I explained when it is booked in, only to be told they couldn't look at it until Wednesday/thursday?? A week goes by with no contact so I call again the following monday. Then they said they could not get it started so have decided to not take the job and I could pick up my key. When I got round to them after work although they are marked open online until 6 noone was there at 5.30, I also noticed my van had been just thrown on the road outside on double yellow lines. The following day I got there at 5.15 to be safe and managed to pick up the key, I asked the young guy on the desk if I could talk to a mechanic to see if they could give me anymore info, so off he went. After coming back out of the garage the young guy said they refused to come out as they "didn't know what was wrong with it" Went to check on the van and they had left it inaccessible to the battery, even if I had wanted to try to charge it and move it myself I couldn't. The cherry on the cake was they hadn't even bothered to lock my van. Even the Tow Truck Driver told me he heard some pretty bad stories about them as he picked me up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
