We found him on Yelp 2018- 5 stars and great reviews. He argued for listing each of our condos for a February listing, making the argument that there would be less competition than waiting later. Charlie provided us a number of comp sales to set a reasonable price . Otherwise, too high a price gets you no one showing up to look at your property. The first property sold quickly and at the high end of our acceptable range. Within 2 mo, the market had a significant correction. The second property needed a $10,000 remodel to show properly--new vinyl laminate floors in the living room, leveling of the living room floor with liquid cement, painting, a new refrigerator, and some handyman work in the kitchen area. Charlie offered up a contractor who did exactly what was promised at the agreed upon price. That was fortunate, because we live in the United States and travel to directly contract and oversee the remodel was not an option. But the results were fantastic; our 2B/2B condo now would show as the "everything done right" remodel. We put it up for sale with no real competition at $999,000, just below the magical $1,000,000 needed to get buyers to come and look. We listed the property on a Wednesday with professional pictures taken to best represent the property and it's water views, just as the pandemic news was revving up. We had 3 early bird appointments to view the condo Friday and a total of 15 potential buyers came for the scheduled open house. We ended up with multiple offers, and one offer that was about 6% above the offer price. Charlie provided superior service, coordinating with property managers, tenants, and the counter party's realtor. Closing went quickly and efficiently over a 1 month close despite lots of moving parts. Our realtor even took care of returning rental equipment back to the ISP. You can't go wrong with Charlie. I wish he had an office in our home town. in the states.

My situation easily could have been put into one of those commercials and Elliot would be the hero realtor in the commercial that saved the day. The time finally came where I was ready to spend my hard earned savings on a home of my own. I started looking at places online but had no idea where to begin. That's where Elliot came in. As soon as I told him what I was looking for, and in what area, he began sending me listings in my price range. I couldn't believe it: of the first three listings he sent me, I knew I found my dream home. It was love at first sight. Elliot immediately booked a viewing for me and my fiancé. He booked us viewings for all the other listings we were interested in too. So the search began. After going to all these viewings, I still had my heart set on the one I fell in love with. It was time to put in an offer. We told Elliot how low we wanted to go and he respected our wishes. When the seller countered, we came back with another low offer. Elliot listened to our requests to still go lower. He let us know of the risks of going too low (that we could lose the place) but still countered, giving the seller reasons to take our lower offer. His persistence paid off and the seller agreed! Our experience wasn't over then though. We had issues with strata fees that were supposed to be included in the cost, mailbox keys that had gone missing, property taxes, etc. Elliot stood by us the whole time. He was quick to answer our texts, calls and emails no matter the time of day. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly, despite a lot of our issues not being part of his job. As stressful as our closing was, Elliot was always there for us and made sure that we were happy. Even after the closing, Elliot has still been there to answer further questions we've had.
