I called the same day to schedule a 90 min massage to alleviate neck and shoulder pain & added cupping. The massage was amazing, really focused on the areas I needed pain relief. The cupping was good, some were a bit too tight & I asked to have a couple loosened. Everything was clean and the music was relaxing. I recommended my family who live in town to go. Great head spa experience! I went for 90 minutes and it was so comfortable I definitely fell asleep. I appreciate that it was an individual room, I've been to other head spas where it's just an open space with the beds lined up in a row. It's located right off the 101 in a medical plaza, so it's very unassuming. They were also very communicative during the booking process but heads up (pun intended) there is a $30 deposit to make the reservation. read more

Since I posted my last review the owner Amber reached out to me and explained the misunderstanding regarding not honoring our Groupons. She offered to make it right by bringing us back in for the same price of our refunded Groupons! So since we are firm believers in second chances, and we both enjoyed our first massages we decided to give them another chance. I'm happy to report my husband and I both had a massage today and we left happy customers! I had a 60 min with cupping and my husband had a 90 min deep tissue! We both felt very relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be back! read more

This is the BEST self care relaxation service in town! I love massage and have been to some of the top spas in the valley, but this beats them all. My treatment was done by Glo and she was so kind, and amazing!!! My hair and scalp feel incredible. The stress and worry just washed away. This appears to be a new membership based spa that opened in the area. I enjoyed a relaxing 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and hot stones added. They are thorough and do require all clients to complete an intake form. My therapist did check with me to ensure I was ok her pressure. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Came here on vacation, I absolutely LOVED the head massage part! So relaxing. I do have a lot of hair though and she didn't even attempt blow drying it which was disappointing. So I left with wet hair. Then the masseuse (who I can't remember his name) talked about my body the entire massage, super inappropriate and frustrating. I kept trying to stay quiet but he just went on and on throughout the entire experience. The massage itself was good, but his ongoing chatter took away from the experience. read more

The headspa treatment was relaxing. The technician explained the whole process in the beginning which was nice so I didn't have to wonder what was coming up next. The body massage left something to be desired. It felt like maybe the technician did not have full massage therapy training. Absolutely terrible service and customer service. Don't use the texting on the website, GO IN PERSON OR CALL. They apparently don't know what they have in writing through the chat. They also wouldn't let me show them what they had said. The male working was extremely unapologetic and was quick to give me a phone to talk to "someone else" since he couldn't resolve it. I been here actually earlier this year and had amazing service but this go round was terrible. I kept calm the entire time and didn't yell. I couldn't even get a sorry while we are walking out the door and he's still speaking loudly at my mom and I. They didn't try to book for another day even either. This was my first visit, had an excellent experience, and will be getting a membership. Everyone at the front desk was so lovely and helpful when I came in. My appointment was with Amy and she was phenomenal. I had a monthly massage membership at another establishment for years and this was by far the best experience so far. After a 2 hour massage and 1 hour head massage the world felt like a better place When I go back I'll be asking for Amy again! read more

My husband and I came for Valentine's Day couples massage. It was the best massage we had! We got the 60 minute with aroma therapy and hot stones. My masseuse Cassandra did a phenomenal job of getting all the tension out of my neck! The pressure was perfect and the atmosphere relaxing.
