Dave came out to look at our leaking roof. He was very knowledgeable and showed us photos and videos of the condition of our roof. He advised us that a roof repair would be a waste of money and that our roof was beyond economical repair. We went ahead with the work and from the start Dave and his team were polite, punctual and professional. DO NOT ever deal with this company, Totally incompetent. I thought buying a kitchen from a local…read morecompany would be an enjoyable experience. Was i so wrong. The alarm bells should have wrung when they gave us a couple of telephone numbers for builders and electricians neither of them were any use.They said it would take 6 weeks for the kitchen to be delivered. Kitchen came with doors missing handles missing, Upstands missing and cornice missing. No plinth seal. There were 2 doors missing from the utility cupboard still waiting for them 3 weeks later. This company does also not supply you with a detailed list of what is supplied, If anything is then missing they then blame you. If like us you are a hard working family and have a limited budget. DO NOT touch this comany with a barge pole, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT ZERO BUT COULD NOT.
