I've been very impressed with with Karyn and her staff - big shoutout to Kristi and Sara who keep everything organized and moving along with the portal, and are so friendly and responsive to questions/problems. Turnaround with tax returns is quick and smooth, and fees are reasonable. In addition, being able to complete all our taxes electronically is everything - hooray for no schlepping paperwork to an office!
