As supermarkets go, it's pretty small,…read moreand you can't guarantee exactly what they will have in stock, so it is better as a place to wander around and see what you fancy than somewhere to set out with a shopping list. That said, they do have a good range of things, most of which are brands we don't usually see in this country. What they sell can be incredibly cheap, last time I got an avocado for 17p and and a mango for 20p, and they were both tasty enough and kept fine. One downside to this place is that the car park is small and there have been queues to get in. Also, they don't seem to have the trolleys that you can put your baby car seat in, so it's not quite as easy as some other supermarkets. But worth stopping by for a few cheap goodies.

Their meat is always very good, their sausages are fantastic, they do the usual traditional types and you can taste the quality. Even if you don't come in for an expensive cut, you are going to enjoy what you eat. I like the service, and so do my kids who always come in with me when I go and buy some meat there (they always walk out with a lolipop).

The staff are a real friendly, talkative bunch and always make their customers feel welcome and there are always some great bulk-buy offers available. There's also an impressive range of ready-to-eat foods on sale. The chicken 3-packs especially caught my eye on my most recent visit, priced at just £5 and ranging from Chinese, Minted and Tikka style to BBQ and Peri Peri. Prices here tend to be a little better than they are at Walter Smith just around the corner and the staff are a lot more pleasant too.

Inside i think they could have made use of another floor for the customers to shop on as it does look overly spacious from floor to the ceiling. There are a few located in Birmingham, this one is not the biggest but has necessaries. They are usually busy and fresh meat and milk do get cheaper before they close because they will go out of date. They dont have a reward system like other supermarkets like Sainsbury but they are generally cheap and the things in here are authentic and are really nice. They dont have a rating of how spicy they are unlike sainsburys though but recommended.
