But FAR from it: These guys are SUPER-fair, reliable and trustworthy: My car had a minor problem which was intermittent; the faulty part actually worked at the time when I brought the car to the garage. Nevertheless, it did not take long for the mechanics to find the flaw and to repair it. And best of all: The invoice was 30% BELOW the estimated price - and far less than a diagnostic session at the large Renault franchise car dealer only two blocks away would have cost! AMAZING!!! Great value for money and friendly, competent service: VERY RECOMMENDABLE - not just for Renault-drivers... ;-)

Avoid this car dealer like the plague. They typify everything about the stereotypical dodgy, shifty…read morecar dealer. I bought a car from them last year supposedly with a 3 month warranty.without doing too much reaserach as I needed a car urgently. When I examined the ' full service history' that came with it,it appeared to be fake and looked like something done on a printing kit. I had a major problem with the electrics soon after buying it and returned it to them.In short they kept it for almost the whole 3 months and used a local cowboy garage named Tommy Donohues, to effect the repair. Omege refused to provide a replacement and only did so after threats to take them to trading standards and several legal letters. They eventually provided a filthy unroadworthy collision damged vehicle until the repair was completed. The repaired vehicle lasted around 5 months before a major wiring problem appeared making it unstartable.....this was caused by an apparently bodged wiring job on the wiring by the garage carrying out the earlier repair. I was tempted to pursue litigation but took the easier option of trading it in against a newer car from a reputable dealership. an expensive lesson, PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE AND TRY ELSEWHERE FOR A VEHICLE. IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION IN THE END. THEY DEESRVE TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

Very disappointed!!! bought two tyres in feb 2012 for £150 and had to go back this week, my 5month…read moreold tyres are worn back to the stitching!!I had the tyres tracked in Feb and I haven't hit anything or done anything different to my normal journeys.On my return to the garage with my proof of purchase I was confronted with a rude individual who called himself the owner. He refused to help me and blamed me for the state of my tyres? and thats what I get if I buy budget tyres!!! for a start I didn't realise they were budget tyres when I bought them. I asked could he help me as I didnt want to drive away with them in that sate and he said he couldn't help me as what ever I had done caused the damage?? I usually have to have new tyres yearly but not in the first five months. I took my car to Kwik fit who re tracked the car and fitted quality tyres for a good price with a 12 month guarantee and 30 day tracking service.They informed me that the tracking was unbelievable out and this looks like what has caused the damage!!!! I wonder how that has happened!!!!oh may be it is all my fault !!!NOT.I will never go to this unprofessional, un helpful so called garage who have NO customer service.I have scored one star but they don't deserve it. It's reasonably cheap and has longish opening hours but the Llandudno one has one thing going for it. As anyone familiar with Llandudno will be aware it isn't the easiest place to find a parking space. This branch is just on the edge of the town centre so you can drop off your car, do your shopping then come back and collect it. Parking problems solved!

Daughter in law took her car in with a squealing alternator belt and was told 'we've checked your…read morealternator and thats ok ,so it's your battery thats faulty, taking their word for it she went off and bought a new battery for £54 (against the £78 they wanted) absolutely no difference, still squealing ! finally, I took it to a local independant repairer and he fitted a new alternator belt at a fraction of the price kwikfit were attempting to get off her. Overall not a good expereince and will not go back again.
