I like this dispensary because it's big and close plus it does have good specials however, I finally asked about the rewards program. I have been using the 22nd St location from beginning of first store. A couple times I had a 'reward' of a lighter. Yeah, I know, not much but beats getting nothing! Today I asked why, in the few years it's been legal and this store open, I've never gotten one thing 'free'. Well the times I asked for my lighter, 3 times, they were always ' out of stock'. Today I found out they don't keep your points. They "reset" them to zero on February first every year! Wow. It's a farther drive but I'm going to direct my business to Prime Leaf..GREAT rewards, they don't expire that I know of and IVE been given cash off my purchase at least 3 times. Oh, they also don't waste plastic bags as we get credit for reusing them. I like D2 but they should look at their rewards program. read more

I used to love this place but I started noticing that my eights were getting smaller so I started weighing my product at home and its less than 3.5 grams. So I started ordering prerolls to avoid getting ripped off now the prerolls are getting smaller. All I said to the cashier was that sometimes when I make a selection on the kiosk, it tells the cashier the wrong strain on their end. The guy gave me an attitude about it and told me he just sees what's on his screen and almost took it personal. I wasn't complaining, I was telling him a computer error that I've noticed. Every-time I have come to this dispensary it's always and issue was in there today and made a purchase as the purchase was almost done I had got a phone call and as instinct I answered it (yes I know it not allowed but I spaced it) as I finished paying I was handed my receipt and my bag but the bud tender failed to hand me my change, when I went back in to get it the manger told me that it was my fault for answering the phone, never once did the bud tender try to get my attention ask me to not answer the phone or telling me that I had not gotten my change. I finally just climbed over my daughter to do this looking crazy to everyone. I get home and this product is not great. I've been going to this dispensary for about 2 years . . & during that time they've permitted me to use my military ID to receive a 10% discount. Then upon my last visit, I'm told they will not honor it because I'm the dependent & not the active duty member. So, for two years I was able to use it, they even entered the needed date into their computer . . . side note: active duty military are prohibited from using this product (in any form); until they retire . . . but I'm guessing D2's policy will be "you must be current active duty" . . . This is awesome, offer a 10% military discount that nobody can use . . . not the dependent or the active duty military (and likely the retired active duty member; though I do not know this last part to be true). Side Note; when I questioned the inept staff regarding this issue, the gal at the counter simply repeated (10x's) "you just can't use it" . . . unable to cite the actual policy using higher order reasoning skills . . . then the apparent supervisor that came out to talk with me stated "well, you slipped it by us for the past two years" (((as if I were hustling them))) ... pissed with them: Yes; hustling them: No . . . Inept Staff: Yes I guess this is the type of service you can expect from folks the over indulge in their own product . . . done with this place, there are much better places in town. I'm visiting family and was stupid about forgetting to refill my nightime anxiety meds that help me relax and sleep. Being from Texas, I can get delta-8 (which I enjoy using to take a smaller dose of my prescription) and I remembered Arizona is a recreational state. I had this place recommended by a CBD shop called The Good Leaf (which I also recommend and will review). Outside, the guy who checked my ID was seemed sincerely friendly and concerned with helping me. when I explained I've never been to a dispensary before, and what I was looking for, he explained the process and really put me at ease. Once inside, the only hiccup was the budtender had a hard time understanding what a lightweight I am, and why I prefer the Delta-8 to the real stuff. As soon as we got over that hurdle, and she realised I'm not exaggerating my intolerance, she was awesome with helping me pick something suitable. Sure enough, her recommendations are perfect for me. She was awesome and took my intolerance seriously. She was also serious about me not buying a bunch of stuff I might not like, and steered me toward some smaller packs of gummies and a vape she thought would work for me. And, I should note, that I spent half as much here as I would for Delta-8 back home. I vote with my wallet, which means I don't buy anything online and I refuse to shop at places like Walmart. I've used D2 and downtown since medical has been an option here in Tucson, And I will no longer use D2, I'm a medical patient, you can't even do pick up there anymore you have to go in the store, which requires me to get my wheelchair out and try to get in that way, so I'll stick to downtown they obviously still care about their original core patients that got them to where they are and obviously D2 doesn't care about us. read more

The selection here is great don't get me wrong but the managers and the reps are really rude. Last time they forgot to update the website and up-charged me at the store during pick up because they had already charged me online and "it wasn't available so I need to do something to make the order right", I'm the customer? I can't control their inability to fix their sales and advertising problems. Tonight was the last time I'll be going to this location, I understand it's annoying to have customers on their phones at pick up but when you take 20 minutes to grab my order I should be able to entertain myself on my phone. They copped another attitude while giving me my order and threw the product on the counter. I don't want glass in my dab just because you're having a power trip as a bud tender. TL:DR - great options, shit customer service. Reps and managers have attitudes that cause you to pay more for their mess ups and like to throw product around and potentially cause broken containers. read more

If you don't want to talk to a bud tender about anything this is the place for you! Use your phone or kiosk to order and pay at the window. Bud tendera are behind plastic and it's difficult ot at least awkward to talk through it. The scamdemic is over but apparently not here. Buds are hit and miss like everywhere else. This place started conveniently near me, 22nd Kolb. Now this place feels so corporate and streamline. The best dispensary title should be ripped away until it understands its true place in our community. Let's start off with the fees, for years, they round up to the nearest 10th dollar, refund the difference in cash, but then there is a fee for debit card transactions. So if you planed to spend 16 dollars and pay debit, you would see a $23 charge instead. Now it's such a massive building and so many customers it cant get the billing fixed?! Clearly there is an incentive pushing people to pay cash. Moving on from fees, the service windows come on. Your a dispensary you should be able to at least smell some flower. The robotic window speaker voice is so outdated and ghetto. Think of the places in your community where people talk to you through a microphone and glass. Do you get respected the same way or less? The waiting rooms come on, stand up hurry up and get out. Why have ten service windows and never fully opened, be prepared to wait. Sure there are chairs placed randomly but not for people waiting in line. Ugly lighting and design, again very call center corporate office hospital vibe. They literally have chains in front of the cashiers. Two window drive-through, but only as fast as the person in front . Compared to other dispensaries with friendly, simpler transactions, and contagious smells. D2 often does not have the best, newbie deals, daily deals/prices, loyalty rewards, and customer service knowledge based lacking compared to others. Again you don't get much help when talking through a glass and line of people standing and starring at you to hurry up. Most employees are not there very long before they move on somewhere else so your loyalty is just a number on a screen instead of the respect from a friendly face. Placing an order over the phone is not at all flower friendly. Rewards and loyalty points are lacking awesomeness. At least other places send out incentives to earn rewards though-out the week. There is a slow drive through, huge empty space inside for vendors, ads, and waiting in line. To wrap this review up, prices high, fees higher, customer service slow, service is modern. read more

They've got a great selection, but I especially enjoy their range of products for for micro-dosing THC. D2 has a wide selection, including discreet lozenges and seltzer drinks at up to 2.5 mg THC. Went here for their advertised sales for Labor Day. Ordered stuff that was on sale. When it came time to check out, I was told no price gave them $100 bill and only received a couple dollars back when I got should've been maybe 40 bucks. So I asked about the sale and why it was so expensive. They stated since I didn't mention the sales price which is advertised on their website. They will not honor it. They also stated there is no returns. I dealt with a fruity gentleman with painted fingernails. I also dealt with what I could presume is the manager with long blonde hair. Very disappointing will never be returning here. If you're looking for a good experience, this place is sure to disappoint. read more

I came in to pick up my order this evening WITH MY PHONE on my ear and showed the short stalky guard in front my ID. He allowed me in and while waiting to pick up my purchase I see the budtender pointing at the small sign that says "no phones" I nodded ensuring I am getting off the phone and he keeps pointing to the sign in a aggressive manner. I told him to relax and that I was hanging up the phone. He proceeds to get attitude with me and I drop my ID so he can get my order. We exchanged some words and I told him he was being initially rude as he threw my ID back at me. That is when the short stalky "guard" who probably just had a dose of steroids starts flexing on me saying they wont serve me bc I threw my ID. I told him the situation about the budtender being just as rude and aggressive to me as I was proceeding to hang up my phone call when he showed me the "no phone" sign. However, He did not want to listen to my explaination. He insisted I pick it up tomorrow. I said I am going out of town tomorrow morning as I had a death in the family. I asked to speak with the manager and he initially said I can call to speak to someone tomorrow. Again, I asked is there someone I can speak to currenly on duty. He finally gets a manager and I explain the situation to the manager. I told him I was a bit upset bc I had a death in the family earlier that day. I told him his bundtender threw my ID in my face and was being just as rude but it was falling on deaf ears as he kept saying he wont serve me. Now, If my phone was an issue shouldnt have someone said something as soon as I walked in?? shouldnt the joke of a "security guard" make that clear when checking IDs? make it make sense !! Anyway, suffice to say this was my last visit. Luckily there is a better dispensary down the street called "Desert Bloom" with much better strains and prices. The budtenders are also extremely friendly and understand their job is to give good customer service. Medical patients becoming steadily more irrelevant to the business model. Medical patients used to be their only customers. Now they are a small, less profitable, portion of the revenue base and are treated accordingly. Most tenders I have met lately are deeply apathetic about their job. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a dispensary. I placed an online order and received a text that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived we still had to wait an hour and a half for the so called "ready order", only to find that my receipt showed every thing I ordered, and the careless D2 employees failed to include 6 items from my purchase, causing me to have to wait an additional 20-25 min for them to get it correct. While I was waiting there was another women complaining that they gave her the incorrect dosage and shorted her an item as well. This place DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! I recommend using a real medical dispensary such as Green Halo where they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT WITHOUT ANY HEADACHES, FRUSTRATION, OR MESS UPS. This place should be closed down for their inaccuracies (medication should only be trusted with capable people who have attention to detail and know how to count & read!) Whatever the difference is, they give it to you as cash back. That is fine. But they don't tell you that it counts as an ATM withdrawal. Not exactly understanding the point of the 2 1 star reviews that complain about an employee making a review before the store even opened. So I'll clear some things up for people who don't know what it's like working in a dispensary. 1st of all, to be a DA for a dispensary, you have to have a DA card for EACH dispensary you work at. Hunter works at the sister location and therefore knows what kind of stuff is going to be happening at D2, but he is not an employee there. He said he was excited to see what they have in store and that's it. It wasn't a false review giving false facts. 2nd, in every new dispensary, you have to fill out paperwork. Just because Downtown Dispensary and D2 are sister locations, doesn't mean they have all old patient info on file. It's a completely new dispensary and by law they require your information. That's not some "McDonald's marketing plan". 3rd, I'd absolutely recommend giving D2 a chance, despite negative feedback from people who really don't seem like they're actually a patient. Every experience I've had Downtown, I've been welcomed with open arms and great guidance on what to do/use. I can only hope D2 will be the same! read more
