Espresso grounds in my latte :(

The ladies were so nice and they were working hard at trying to complete the orders. They were busy too. But sadly my latte had grounds in it. There were more grounds than what is photographed. I'm pretty sure I drank more than half of the grounds on my first sip. I didn't wanna waste the coffee so I had to drink from the top down lol. But otherwise, flavor was good and not too sweet. I got the sun bum latte (caramel, coconut, sea salt) with whole milk.

Came in about 5pm, and only one other guest there before myself. Service was great. She was super friendly! Cafe was clean and welcoming with a cute patio. They were out of ube, so I couldn't get an ube latte, but I got the mocha-nut latte instead and it did it disappoint! Very delicious. The apple danish? Probably top 5 cheese danishes I've had ever... and I am a self-proclaimed cheese danish connoisseur. This place is in the South Maui Gardens area. You'll see a blue old school car parked out front. Add this to your coffee list of places to try!

We were in the area so we stopped to get some cold Lattes. It's located in a beautiful setting with other restaurants and food trucks. My drink was good, but nothing special. If I'm in the area again, I'll drop in but not make a special trip. The service was fast, and as I said the setting is beautiful. It's a great place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Perfectly charming coffee spot hidden in a secluded corner of the Kihei Food Oasis in South Maui Gardens. Several small as well as larger tables were nestled on their deck and between the trees and lush tropical fauna. Coffees of all kinds, including specialty drinks were on offer woth additional options for smoothies, yogurt bowls and several eclectic snd yummy sounding Toasts. I was greeted warmly at the counter and served with a genuine smile. I ordered The Islander, a cold brew with coconut cold foam. Delicious. It was a perfect visit for the warm Maui afternoon!

The cafe is located in a living nursery next to the Blue Door Cafe. I had a chance to visit both and I truly love the vibe here. Both cold brew and pastry are great!

Da Green has everything you could want from a coffee shop. - good coffee - kind staff - vegan pastries - gluten-free pastries (if that's your thing) - wifi - shaded outdoor seating - bathrooms Okay, now you get to hear about all the things you didn't know you wanted from a coffee shop until you get there and see that they have it. - tons of plants and a koi pond! - a water bowl for your dog - water for you (you help yourself to it next to the condiment bar) - raw sugar packets (for the strict vegans) - chickens!!!! - chill live music (only sometimes, but it was there when I went and was lovely) - food trucks in case you stay longer than you had planned and get hungry - large tables for big groups I literally sat here for hours, and it was one of my favorite days spent in Maui. It was seriously lovely. There are just a couple od downsides I should mention. - it's not very accessible for people in wheelchairs - the bathrooms are not gender neutral

What a sweet little coffee and breakfast spot located inside the South Maui Gardens! I stopped in for a coconut ube iced latte and hearty slice of Greek toast on a sunny morning, and enjoyed the cozy outdoor seating under a lovely palm tree. The coffee and food were both prepared fresh, and were delicious. And you can't beat the price - I was out of there with a full belly for just over $16 total (including tax/tip)! The service was super friendly, and very fast even though they were pretty busy when I was there. If I lived nearby, I could see myself going here on the daily for some caffeine and healthy eats.

Great little coffee spot. Might be the smoothest and best (in my opinion) coffee on the island. It is in the Maui Gardens food truck area. Lots of seating. Very casual and relaxing. The gals working were super friendly and enjoyed working together. There are pastries if you want a snack. Yummy flavors to add to your latte and some that are home-made (like blueberry). Lots of alternative milks. This is a go-to place for us. Definatly give them a try over the other ones in the area. You wont be sorry.

Wow! I really enjoyed this. Staff was really friendly and the location has a nice cool little patio with shade next to a peaceful koi pond. I got the EBS toast with honey on the side. The honey was incredible, and the toast was exactly the way I like it--soft in the middle, yum. The matcha americano was refreshing. I'd come back here.

Wow wow wow wow wow. This place is situated in south Maui gardens and is everything. The barista is so sweet and gave us great recs. She reccomended a lavender vanilla latte which was fabulous. I got that every time I came here which was a lot haha. They have a cute long mirror as well where many group pics were taken and an amazing vegan chocolate cake.

DA GREEN COFFEE BAR is a surprisingly spacious coffee shop complete with its own garden in land-scarce Maui. It is conveniently located across the street (plus one whole building over) from the beach. Also conveniently located next to a condominium building, a condo we happened to be staying at. Yes! The coffee shop is in one of the buildings in the lot. Another building is a kitchen churning out baked goods. Between these two are picnic tables and benches. There is a beautiful garden beyond. Although, you are in Maui, everything is a beautiful garden. There is a very short line to order, but that's more because of the customers trying to make their minds than the friendly workers. Very short wait for our order. The ICED LATTE was great! Strong and refreshing.

Highly recommend the everything bagel with cream cheese added to whatever egg/cheese/meat combo... you'll thank me later. The service is super fast and super friendly. I've been coming for 3 days, at busy times, was in and out in 5-8 minutes each time. I liked the staff especially because I met various ones each day, all being very kind with real positive vibes. Setting is amazing. I was already doing the math and thinking , "Eh, we might be here awhile." But nah, good timing. People were finishing up, bussing tables, and bam, maybe 20-30 minutes tops. Not bad at all. While we was waiting, they come out with waffle samples for everyone in line. I mean... who does that? That's how you keep people from getting all hangry. Instant good vibes, the whole line outside was just smiling and waiting patiently. Finally get seated and both the hostess and waitress were super nice--real friendly, no rush, no attitude. In the front they had mushroom soup on the specials board, so we figured we go sample um. I had them bring a cup of soup out to start along with my wife's coffee. Gotta be honest--when I dipped my spoon in, I was already judging. Looked kinda thin, not creamy like other mushroom soups I've had. I was thinking, "Ahh here we go." Took one spoonful and immediately had to humble myself. That soup was money. Like, stop-talking-and-just-eat. My wife tried it and confirmed that this soup was "winnahs" . Deep mushroom flavor with the right amount of seasoning. It also came with a little piece of focaccia toast which I would have really enjoyed but had to take my wife's word for it since she ate um all . Should've ordered the bowl. Rookie mistake. For my main, I went with the original eggs Benedict. Portions were a little on the small side, but with the roasted potatoes, I was good. Didn't leave hungry, didn't need to loosen the belt--perfect middle ground. My wife got the strawberry waffles and yeah... those were legit. She's not a syrup person, so she asked for more whipped cream. The waitress comes back with a little mountain of whipped cream in the little silver ramekin. All in all, solid spot. Friendly people, ono food, and little touches that make you feel taken care of. We will be heading to Cafe Kaila again to try some other stuff like the "chicken and waffles", and next time, I'm not playing around with the soup. Bowl, Garans.

I got the bread with macadamia nuts because i love nuts and they drive me nuts - nuts were fresh enough, which added the crunchy texture to my soft moist bread - could be more moist but it was already satisfactory - i like how they sell smaller pieces rather than a whole loaf but also it was more pricey - not as fresh and as good as aunty sandy's but decent! rating: 3/5 - since this place focuses on cinnamon roll, the rating is heavily weighted towards the cinnamon, which did not meet the minimum expectations of what a basic cinnamon roll should be - if this place was called the banana bread place, id give it a 4/5 - quick service nothing much to note - very small store; grab and go vibes with some seats outside IG: @nom.noms.only

This particular location is a truck in the food truck area of Kihei Marketplace and has both a walk up window and a drive thru. On the morning I was there, two people were working, one on each side. After looking over the menu I decided on a Haleakalatte and chose to get it hot. The menu described it as a deep rich caramel latte. As I watched the barista make my drink, I noticed it was going into a plastic cup, which meant iced. It ended up coming out as a large iced coffee. Since it wasn't a big deal, I took it and went on my way. The coffee itself ended up being pretty good. The caramel flavor was on the lighter side, adding some sweetness without overpowering the coffee. The coffee itself was rich and came through nicely. I also liked that they used coffee ice cubes, which helped prevent the drink from getting watered down as the ice melted. If anything, it added a slight bitterness, which I didn't mind. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. While I would have preferred the hot latte I ordered, the iced version worked out just fine and was still enjoyable.
