Awful service. These people are nasty nasty nasty when it comes to customer service. Its literally non existent. They told my husband they were sorry he had to be married to someone like me after I called them out for being a terrible company. They refused to fix my furnace two weeks after servicing it because I "hadn't ordered oil in awhile" and they thought ordering oil would fix it. I would never recommend them. read more

Always friendly. Deliver on scheduled day, and once the owner accommodated me with less than a hundred gallon delivery because I was going in for surgery that day and was worried about the oil level and couldn't afford more until the following week. If there was a zero rating, thats what they'd get! Have done business with them for years and was satisfied up until three years ago when there became discrepancies in our bills. We tried to continue business with them while working out what we believed to be the correct charges. We'd been told there had been many changes internally with employees and they were having difficulties getting their paperwork corrected- We had also talked with past customers that quit using them because of alleged over billings.. Our last incident was with a bill that we had paid and they claimed we hadn't-they refused to deliver any more propane and we were running out- and when speaking with two different people the amounts were off $100. In good faith we paid anyway until they said we still owed this $100- we told them come get the tanks- they came without our knowledge and RIPPED the tanks from our piping, they ruined our propane line deliberately! read more
