I just needed a gel polish on my natural nail so I decided to try this out since it had decent reviews in Google. The price was 15 bux. I said ok might as well try it out. The technician was Male. I think he was new and just wanted to get the job done he didn't seem happy. Which I should have just left. But I decided to stay. He just filed my nails and started to apply the gel polish. Right off the bat I knew it was not going to be a relaxing fun experience. Compared to other salons I've been to they so way more. He didn't clean my nails or shape my cuticles. Which really pissed me off. The shape of the cuticle is important so the gel nail looks nice. He finished in 10 minutes. I was disappointed. It came out ok. I noticed some of my nails had edges and sides that weren't touched with polish... shaking my head... It was worth 5 bucks not 15. I was nice enough to tip the poor guy. Hopefully, he finds a new job maybe McDonalds. Which is actually located inside this Walmart lol. Then again what's to expect this salon is inside Walmart it's not a actual salon. Atleast I gave it a try. Will not go again and will NEVER recommend !!! read more

Well.... I didn't think that spending a lot of hours in a salon was a great use of time. However I came her with my mom and I highly recommend it the environment was very welcoming and extremely friendly. Peter I think was his name he did my nails and he made my experience amazing I am very impressed with this place thank you Peter for the amazing work you did and making my experience amazing and making my nails even more amazing. I will definitely be coming back to this place and the prices were very reasonable for what you got done. Who knew a salon in a Walmart store would be as amazing as they were I sure can tell you I didn't think so but I stood corrected. I highly recommend it and everyone who works there friendly and did an amazing job on each and everyone and they took their time and actually had a conversation with me. This place is located inside Walmart. Ok, so it's not a luxurious spa experience-- but the service is excellent, the technicians are super nice, and the prices can't be beat. Very inexpensive! The chairs are comfy, fresh reading material and tons of color is to choose from- even in the gel polish. I also love that it's a family-run business. Very cool and I love to support this place! I got my nails done on December 7th and they still have not broken off. One broke because it hit cement but other than that, they have stayed on. When I walked in, no one got up to help me and they sat staring at their phones. I asked if they did walk-ins and they said yes. I asked for acrylics then for the gels or solars as they do not do acrylics. He did not ask what type of solar I wanted and gave me the solar dip powder, which is their most pricey one. He did not give me the nails samples to pick my colors until after he finished my nails which is fine. He was a bit rough with my hands. I chose Christmas colors and afterwards he made a comment "Now you have beautiful nails for the big holiday" in what seemed to me a sarcastic tone while staring at his coworker. Not the most pleasant experience I've ever had but the nails have lasted and look decent. In total, including a tip, it was $56. It took about an hour for a full set of solars and 3 different nail colors. Not sure if I'd go back or not. read more

I love going here and having my nails done by the owner, I like to go try a lot of new nail salons but I've honestly never found one with better quality then Da Vi nails. I really recommend this place, I personally love it and always end up going back.....although sometimes it is quite pricey, don't worry you really do get what you paid for. read more

This review is for the one located inside the Rinconada Walmart. I don't know if they relocated or just added a new location to their company. My mom and I walked in, the two men started working right away and did an AMAZING job. Super friendly!! We both got gel manicures and there were no issues whatsoever. The price is a bit steep (64.99 w/ tax) for both but with how good of a job they did, I didn't mind the price. The place is kept very clean, decorated well and the music was a nice touch. False information on the internet and uninformed nail techs! I went to this salon because they are listed on the Signature Nail System web site as being the only nail salon in LC that uses this gel and powder nail system. It's something I've been wanting to try. The women working there stated there was no such thing as gel with powder and said they had never heard of SNS. I suspect the owner registered this salon as hiving this product to get customers but they've never actually had it and never been trained to use it. Anyway they thought I was nuts and I thought they were behind the times. This is already the worst rated nail salon in town, so I was hesitant to book an appointment there anyway. Hopefully a salon in this town will start offering this unique and highly rated product. I'll keep looking. read more

I will never go back to this place!!! This was the worst pedicure I've ever received. I got the "deluxe" and was in & out in 20 min!!! The lady was so worried about getting to the next person so she can get tips, she rushed me out & didn't to anything but soak my feet & polish my toenails. There was a lady already there getting a pedicure when I arrived...she was still getting hers done when I left & she just got the basic!! So I've been getting acrylics for over ten years. I've had every shape, color, style, etc. I've also gone through many nail techs since I move around so much. I had soaked my nails off at home and was in need of a full set so I decided to do the basic pink and white. WELL. An hour into having them done I was pretty frustrated. First of all, this lady was doing them in a way I've never, in ten years, had a set of pink and white white done. At least you'd think nail salons would have some idea of what nail shapes are in style, but apparently they've missed the memo. I had jersey shore style nails that were wider at the top, and very unattractive. I asked to make them narrow and expressed the fact that I didn't like how wide they were in plenty of time for it to be fixed but it just wasn't happening. After almost TWO HOURS, I had to switch nail techs because the first one had an appt waiting. The man did shape my nails into a slightly better shape than they were before, but still looked like I had duck feet on my fingers. I got a "design" on 2 fingers which was just a few lines of color. I gave an extra star because the man who finished my nails seemed to actually care about how I felt and tried to fix them. Although at that point I just wanted to get out of there. The total came to $50, and they charged an extra $4 because I used my credit card. The salon isn't clean and overall just very disappointing. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. read more
