I study at many cafés, and this is by far one of my favorites. I've had an Ube Cream Oat Matcha, Strawberry Cream Oat Matcha, and a classic Oat Matcha. They all taste amazing. The drinks are so vibrant, you can tell it's all authentic. The normal sweetness is very sweet, but you have the option to adjust it as much as you want. There's plenty of space to study, and several spaces with outlets to charge. The bathrooms are also always clean. You can choose to order from a cashier or a kiosk. This was my first visit to this location. I stopped by around 6:20 PM and ordered a drink to go. After placing my order, the employee who called my name had a noticeably rude attitude and appeared to make dismissive facial expressions toward me. I was confused because I had done nothing that would warrant such behavior. The drink was great, 10 out of 10 but the customer service experience was disappointing. A friendly and respectful attitude toward customers should be expected. I hope management addresses this issue. read more

Parking is located in the shared strip center and not to crazy. I use the app which is convenient and user friendly. The interior is roomy and the Barista's are friendly and all the beverages are made to order and I like how they'll adjust the sweetness and ice ratios. So happy for the continued expansion and success of Da Vien Coffee. This location in Anaheim was one of the coffee shops that are open early. I had a meeting in the area and I came here to work with coffee before my main meeting nearby. I really love this location compared to their original location because it is so spacious. There are plenty of tables inside and outside of the restaurant. There are a few outlets underneath the seats for the booth side of the coffee shop. They have an app for those to order online. I noticed a lot of medical professionals come in for quick pick ups. They have a kiosk, and when I came it was still empty so I was able to order from the cashier. I had their Einspanner Cream Coffee ($7/large) and a Ham & Egg Croissant ($5.55). The croissant was toasted, no frills, but a sufficient start to my day. The einspanner cream coffee was mostly good, but the cream layer was so thick, when I went in for my first sip, the cream literally blocked the sipping area. Then as I drank it down, the cream was so thick it just sank down. It didn't really integrate with the drank and remained it's own blob. I think it needs to be a smidge less thick so I can actually drink it. The coffee part was still good at least. Great location for early birds, take out, sit-down, and hanging out. Congrats Da Vien on another new location! I've visited majority of their locations. I love cafe hopping, and Da Vien is my top favorite coffee shop in OC. Parking: There's a small/medium private parking lot. I visited on a morning weekday, so finding a spot was easy. I could tell it might be difficult finding a spot on the weekends. Ambiance/Environment: They're pretty notorious for their small space. Their Stanton location is the only largest shop. There's a decent amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It was pretty warm inside. Not the best feeling, especially since it's been hot. It's a good spot for coffee dates, not really to work. Service: Unfortunately during my visit, there was a large internet outage. Mobile orders couldn't go through, and they couldn't scan the app to earn points. Oscar, the cashier, that assisted me was nice, and throughput was quick & efficient. Drinks: I looove their Vietnamese coffee. Their foams are thiccckkk af, and it perfectly balances with the coffee. My order always changes during every visit, but I highly recommend the Da Vien coffee, Matcha coffee, and Egg coffee. If you prefer something a bit lighter with no foam, try the Marble Drip coffee. Pricing: Average prices for coffee shops nowadays. Download their app for rewards and promotions. They occasionally offer bogo and other discounts. Make sure the cashier actually scans your app to earn points if you're ordering in person. A friend tagged me--Da Vien is opening ANOTHER location! So excited it's closer to home I'm joining the CRAZY crowd standing in line for the celebration. Unfortunately, I may be an hour early, for the event, but wasn't the first 400. There's so major coffee addicts in Anaheim! The grand opening was way more popular than I expected! I waited in line for over 2 hours (giveaways were long gone by the time I got up there), but I finally got my coffee. I was debating between egg or ube, and settled for ube. Maybe it was all the anticipation, but it didn't taste quite as good as I remembered from the Westminster or Cerritos locations. The staff were really nice and doing their best with the huge crowd. I just wish they had set up a temporary water station outside -- it was getting pretty toasty while we were waiting in line. Finally got to try Da Vien! Coincidentally ended up at their newest location in Anaheim and it was very nice. I got the Strawberry Cream Oat Matcha and Vietnamese Coffee with cinnamon and sea salt. Loved how clean it is inside as well as the cute merch around the shop. The ease of ordering via the kiosk was nice. Da Vien is Da licious, convenient, efficient, and no non-sense. I love that they open early (6am) and closes late (10pm). I like that they have the app so you can order ahead and beat the line. Or, for those business people who are always on the go, order ahead and just stop by to pick up! I also love that they constantly have promos (so make sure you sign up to be on their loyal list) from BOGO coffees, to lattes, to matcha. Today, as I'm typing this review, they currently have a BOGO Strawberry oat latte from 4/28 through 4/30. I honestly would just do free marketing for them, my friends and colleagues know this since I get them Da Vien quite frequently. They are so popular that I see them as the Vietnamese version of Starbucks.. I just hope they continue to expand to more locations to cover more areas. I had no idea what I was walking into. This "coffee shop" has Vietnamese-type (wonderful jet fuel powered) coffee that tastes like heaven. I had the iced coffee with the Einspanner (a salty/savory sweet cream). The ice is that pebbly, crunchy ice that I love. My friend had iced coffee with the egg cream topping and she rolled her eyes when she tasted it. LOL. We both had an egg, ham, cheese croissant also. The coffee: amazing. They will let you sample all of the cream/floating toppings that you want. I tasted the Einspanner and was stuck on having it. A lot of people had green drinks (matcha??), and I'll need to try that next. I love matcha!!! The croissant was delicious! They heat it in an oven, not a microwave. Yummmmm! I came to this location after a morning at Knott's. I didn't realize it was so new, but it was supremely organized and not too busy at all. I hadn't been to a Da Vien since the original location a few years ago. This location is much bigger!
