I contacted three different companies in the Roswell area and got very different quotes, some of the prices I got were astronomical. I have been working with customers for many years and generally have a good feeling about when I meet someone if I will do business with them. When I met Bryan from Signarama and talked with him about my project I felt like he actually cared about my business and gave me some good advice in the process. The signs were delivered and installed perfectly and on time at a very reasonable price (permits included). Even after the main sign was finished Bryan and Erin helped me design other smaller logos that I needed for my business. I've been working with FastSigns of Kennesaw for several months to have a sign made and installed…read moreon our building, and unfortunately this has been one of the most drawn-out and frustrating vendor experiences I've had. While there were some unavoidable delays on our end related to corporate approval of the proof, the process since then has been extremely difficult. I honestly can't count how many emails and phone calls I've made trying to get updates or follow through on commitments. We paid approximately $1,300, yet still do not have a sign installed. On multiple occasions I was told "it will be installed this week" or even "it will be installed today," only for that timeline to pass with no communication. Each time, a new excuse followed. Most recently, I was told the installer was sick yesterday but on the way today--only to call back hours later and be told he never came into work at all because he was sick. Delays happen, but repeated missed commitments and inconsistent communication are not acceptable. At this point, the biggest issue is not the delay itself but the lack of reliability and transparency throughout the process. I had hoped for a much smoother experience and better follow-through.
