Although we didn't do business with DaBella, due to the construction of our home being concrete, they were polite and helpful in giving us some alternatives to new siding. had 13 windows replaced,within one year the all started to get mold where they open and close, a big picture window cracked twice they replaced it once I had an check it and he said the glass was too heavy for the frame,and also said that the mold was due to the seal where the window opens and closes,it looks like a brush but it will retain water, I have been trying over the last three years to get these people from Tri-Cities Spokane to honor their warranty. They came to my house and gave me a lot of crap that my roof needed at least 20 vents in it to stop the mold, my picture window is hanging out. It should've been replaced and put in properly now I have to replace that myself. These people make out they will help you, but they won't. They will just give you a load of old crap . My daughter had hers replaced. They told lies on the Internet and said they had been fixed and they have not not one of them will lock these people lie through their teeth. I have pictures recordings of these people in my home and on the phone I have more people that have had the same problems we can now go to LNI industries with our complaints, which will be very shortly within the next two weeks we have evidence from independent engineers, so hoping they are going to get what they're asking for and reimbursement to the people who have bad windows,was also told that they will be in for a big fine, I have lots of pictures of the the the with no flashing, which is a must when you're fitting I have pictures of the the leak indoors, and pictures don't I hope this review helps people and if you need help because you've been so crappy windows, please get in touch with me. read more

Double check your contract! They do a bait and switch, we were told we were getting gutters with covers. That is the only thing we were looking for, our old gutters were full of leaves, so only asked about leaf guard gutters. The sales person, changed our contract to no covers and when we questioned the company Jackson said he didn't remember talking about gutters. When we signed the contract it was for gutters with leaf guards. Buyer beware this is a dishonest company. We only talked about gutters with leaf guards, so he must be thinking of some other customer, but then again he changed our contract! read more

Made the huge mistake of googling roofing companies that somehow ended up thru the Angi site that led me to start receivinga ton of calls. Every company that I spoke with after finding a company to replace my roof was understanding and left it at that but Not this company. They have called at all his during the day into the evening, every freaking day, even after I told them I found a company. They ask way to many questions that didn't have anything to do with a roof, saying they are persistent is a HUGE understatement! I've told them several phone calls ago they need to stop calling. Here it is 2 weeks later and I'm still getting calls from different numbers daily, just had one this morning. Now I'm feeling harassed. I requested a price for a new roof. I immediately felt like I was buying a used car. High pressure, fake conversation, asking WAY too many personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with a roof. It's incredibly off-putting when salesmen try to "bond" and take hours talking in circles about their product. The price they threw out was astronomical. Up sold their so called high quality siding to an 80+ yr old person. Did not talk about any other type material that was more affordable. They removed her security lights both from the and back. Removed the cable boxes and cable from the original siding along withe the outdoor outlets and lost the covers. Left after installing the siding that looked no different than what was already there. Did not replace anything they removed from the walls leaving exposed outlets, wires for the security lights and the cable boxes lying on the ground with is now under the snow. Told her they could not recount or install because they were not electricians, but yet they could remove it. Fishy. Trash was left around many areas of where the siding was replaced in the back and side of the house. They charge way.to much for the quality of material and work and workmanship and sales tactics are aggressive and not those of a what I would consider a professional caliber company. My rating is NEGATIVE STARS. Customer service is non-existent at Da Bella. Had a new roof installed in March 2023. Discovered some damage on 8/9/2025. I called that day and someone came out to inspect. They didn't speak English, but the person with the roofer said I needed to sign a document with a heading of a notice of completion and satisfaction. I said I no since the job hadn't even started. So, they left. NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. I have been calling almost daily since then and have been told the matter had been escalated and someone would call me that day. NO ONE CALLED. EVER. After a week and half, I was told I needed to call customer service at GAF. I asked for the customer service number for GAF. The rep didn't have it but suggested I google it. A young sales man knocked on my door and right away told me he is setting appointments for DAbella to check your siding with a new machine that no other company has that can check by the machine if their our issues with my siding. The next guy shows up and had no idea what I was talking about regarding a machine. He just wanted to look at my siding. When i told him how deceptive that was he just looked at me . A representative canvassed Our neighborhood and asked for an appointment to review the house for siding in December When he arrived, he was initially rude. Throughout his presentation he continually made derogatory comments about his competitors. We told him several times that the conversation was over and he refused to leave. He actually called his boss twice saying. "These people want me to leave," but he still didn't leave. That was 2 and a 1/2 months ago. We have been getting harassing phone calls from Debella 2 and 3 times every single day since then. We have spoken with the representative who called and said "we do not wish to have the service. Please stop calling us". That was 2 months ago. We are still getting calls. This morning we made a phone call to customer service and said. I'm only given a 1-star review, because the system won't allow for an 0-stars. This company is over priced, unethical and has no moral compass whatsoever. The salesman was pushy and wouldn't take no for answer and are as shady as the come. The worst part however is they purposely scam seniors. They think seniors can't go on their roofs to verify the so called damage they were showing you through multiple pictures and videos. Well I had another company come over and look at my roof and they said there was "NO SUCH DAMAGE" to my roof shingles, under coating, plumbing pipes or my 2 gas exhaust pipes. Not only was there no damage, but he stated my roof had 5/6 years left before needing replacement. He asked who said I need a new roof and I said DaBella. He replied they were obviously out to scam you and showed you someone else's damaged roof that had a similar color to your roof. How can DaBella be so dishonest and unethical? Not only did they show me falsified damage and tell me that my roof needed immediate replacement, but their prices were 25K over any other reputable roof contractor. They are so desperate that they don't care that they lied and tried to deceit us. They repeatedly call us, now over 15-times, even though I said to never call me again. Once their salesman left a profanity-laced phone message, I had enough and decided to write this review and let others know what to expect. I don't know why anyone would ever consider doing business with this despicable company. This company is the most dishonest and disgusting organization I've ever come across in 65-years! Same problem everyone else is having pushy sales team. They only gave me 4 choices of color for my roof , they will not listen to the customer and lied about the price. They said they would be on site during install, never showed up. They never described the vent system, the vents are huge, looks like big boxes on the roof, The installers did a good job, but the color sucks looked different on his laptop. DaBella is strictly a MARKETING/SALES firm. They do NOT do any of the work; simply contracting it out to local contractors. They subscribe to the Zig Zigler approach to sales....1. Get your foot in the door (and I mean that literally...they want to come in and talk to you). 2. Start off high and then start whittling it down. 3. Wear down the customer 4. Only leave when you have the contract or the customer throws you out (no guarantee they even leave then). I called them to get a roofing quote. I have a 1500 sq ft house with a double garage. The job? Tear off the existing roof and replace it with asphalt shingles. Their quote? $42K. By the time they left (2+ hours) they were down to $29K. I got the job done for $15K using the exact same materials...and by a contractor they have hired in the past to do their work. They hammer on you when there here ( oh yeah, "calls" to their manager to get you the best deal) and it keeps on after they leave with "special promotions". As far as I'm concerned you have one shot at a quote. And I do NOT appreciate the constant hounding. read more

A young man came around inquiring about my siding that does need some work. I explained that I had other projects that were my priorities such as a bathroom remodel, which he quickly said they also do and scheduled me for a consultation. I have already had two contractors give quotes for a complete bathroom remodel to include tiled shower stall, flooring, built-in cabinets, paint. Most of the demo has been done. One contractor quoted me $15,000. Another quoted me $13,000. DaBella quoted $19,000 just for the shower! I had asked them for a glass partition halfway up a pony wall which they said they could not do. This did not even include a glass door though they were very generous to throw in a shower curtain rod for free. The shower is only about 34x38". What they off is not even tiled work but a composite plastic material. Before they even started their sales pitch they began talking about the company and showing me pictures of their team. I could care less about all that, just give me the damn quote! Then they stared talk to me about financing. I told them I wasn't going to discuss financing until I had a quote. They also started to explain why their material is better than tile even though the corners have to be resealed every 15 years. The measuring and sales pitch took almost an hour and a half. When I balked at the price they called their sales manager to try to negotiate a lesser price and they also tried to offer materials that were less expensive. I finally walked out of the house saying I had to run errands and left my partner there to kick them out. Do not let these people in your house, hang garlic, a crucifix, draw a pentagram on your front porch... whatever it takes to keep them from crossing the threshold into your home. Once inside an exorcism is about the only way to expell them. In my case I left my passive sweet man who has been in sales for 40 years to explain to these young people how NOT to conduct a sales pitch. read more

Terrible experience! I have been fighting with them for months. They did my job July 2 of 2025.. I told the team that the contractors did not flash the windows. The general manager of DaBella. And also all side assured that they did.. I fought with them for months before they came out and pulled a window. Sure as shit none of my windows were flashed.. come to find out a month later now the contractors have to take pictures to confirm they did it. Well, just a heads up whoever used before July 2 and probably august sometime. I would assume your windows didn't get flashed. this in north Idaho Spokane area. read more

Another harassment visit from DeBella, wanting to know if they could give a quote on a new roof. They must have a piss poor product, if they have replace roofs every 3-4 years. When you say no, it's a new DeBella, the sales rep will tell you to F*** off. Called the office in Spokane, the call goes to Portland told them about the harassment and to put us on the "do not contact" list, the main office rep said to "Kiss her a%%." When you close the door on them, after saying you're not interested, they will continue to ring the bell. Had nothing but issues with the workmanship with DeBella, took them 6weeks to pick up the trash from the roof-we had to do that. Blocked our garage with a trash trailer over the weekend so we couldn't get out. After several days the office manager came out watched him as he sat out front for a few minutes. Called us to say he was out and nobody home. Bull, we watched you. Then he stated that he couldn't see anything wrong. Not only do they harass people about their low-grade products, but they also lie, one person stated it would take 6-weeks for the roofing material to get here, the person who delivered the roofing material stated everything was in their yard, they claim to pick up any and all trash-another lie. The biggest of all once we take the roof off, we'll be here the following day to get the job done. The thing was DeBella didn't state which following day. DaBella is a shim-sham company, just a step above the con men who take your money and run before they start or complete the job. And since then they've been giving her the runaround as far as making it right. She calls them every week. Now they are not answering her phone calls. They try to pressure you to give an immediate response. On a job that big you should get a second opinion. They were okay to talk to and got in the attic to do some measurements, take pictures, etc. But all they are interested in is giving you a new, high-priced roof. They won't do any other repairs (the interior of a porch roof, for instance), or take off a moss covered roof extension over the back stairs. What good would it be to just do a new roof without the other needed and necessary repairs. Then when my husband got home these two salesmen chased him down, shouting "can you afford $500 a month?!" It was gonna have to be done and it was on our list of things to do so we said sure why not no obligation just to get a ballpark. They said it would be 60 to 90 minutes. They came the following day at 6 PM on the dot did their inspections and sat at my kitchen table for about an hour and a half trying to get us to say yes to a price when I had repeatedly told them multiple times I'm not buying anything. I'm not giving you a yes I can't afford anything right now. Mind you I have two toddlers and they were getting fussy because it was close to bedtime and so I went and I was able to put my children to bed and I came out and they were still at my kitchen table with my husband and I finally put my foot down and I said I don't mean to be rude, but you guys need to go. It's time to go and they continued to try to get the sale and they had made a phone call to their boss in front of my husband, which don't even want to explain how unprofessional that is, but whatever that's not how you get customers if your ratings are as good as you say, they are then let your work do the talking. Don't fucking sit at my table for two hours and bullshit with me and waste my goddamn time when I e already told you for the last hour I won't be buying anything. Over 68,000$ on siding, soffit,fascia and gutters. they did not answer any of their phones or reply to any emails. Till the job was almost done. They said they would fix all problem areas,that didn't happen. Did not include the gutters in the Estimate Adding thousands to the loan. They did cover the cost of them not ording enough of the soffit. They did not add the fascia to the contract. For this amount of money I would expect better. It took 6 days for me to get ahold of them. Only then to find out half the work we were expecting to be done was not in the contract. I would have never payed that much for the siding if I knew it was going to be handled like this. They need to do better. read more

This company are scammers please don't use them! My father a disabled veteran got a walk in tub installed to help with his neuropathy and pain. These people never disclosed the fact that the walk in tub packages were literally the same tub except for aromatherapy and jets. My father is 5'11" almost 6' and this tiny tub made for petite people (per the manufacturers ) the tub is tiny my father basically can't use it. The manufacturer does offer a tub for larger people that we discussed with dabella to have it switched out and their only response was to continue to obsess about packages not what we needed. Hopefully they will rise to the bar and do the right thing and stand by their word and replace it. The crew they employed was also a huge issue. They don't speak English except for the plumber and only barely. They took a pool ladder without asking and started messing with their roof rack on their van. The plumber/foreman spent most of the time on the phone in the van. It took two days showed up late both days and chipped the tub cracked the baseboards reinstalled the door wrong. In total it took 11+ hours and it still isn't right because they installed the tub incorrectly and it leaks and the flooring is unable to be installed correctly because the tub night is wrong. I could go on an on about how awful this whole experience has been. Save yourself the stress find another company. read more

Pushy sales reps and way over priced a tub and shower insert should not cost as much as we were quoted

The sales reps are highly skilled in getting people to sign a contract the first day they are contacted, as stated in many reviews. They were "in my neighborhood" and wanted to inspect my roof, including looking in the attic, so I said ok. It was during a winter below-freezing cold spell, and there was frost inside my attic as this is an old house with no vapor barrier. They showed me a picture of frost on a staple shaft and tried to claim it was because the roof leaked and water was running down along the staple. I knew this was not true and I watched as the weather warmed and the frost evaporated. I placed newspaper atop the attic insulation and saw no water droplets during rain storms. I was glad I did not sign a roofing contract the day they visited. Be very careful - the salesmen work on commission so there is a lot of pressure. read more

I made a big mistake hiring DeBella's to do my windows and sliding glass door. The framing job was terrible; wide at the top and noticeable narrower at the bottom, {especial notice on my living room windows which are side by side} the frames were water stain and left in the rough for me to finish which was not shared with me at time of purchase. I was also told that I would receive the first 3 months interest free on the loan. this was not the case, even though I explained to the project managers that this was recorded on their phone line, this was just totally ignored. Seven windows and one sliding glass door were installed on 3/24/25, staring at 8am and finishing at 8:30pm. At 8:30pm that evening they wanted me to check a box that the job was complete, but I refused to since I was unable to open my back sliding glass door, I was told by the installers the door had the wrong wheels on it. The truth of the matter was the door's door was on the wrong side, so they installed the door upside down. After refusing to check the job completed, I was given a sheet to sign which I did because this time of night I just want them gone and some peace and quiet. After calling once a week for the last 15 weeks and receiving the run around, a completely new sliding glass door was installed, and the trim was modified on 7/8/25, 3 months, 3 weeks and one day later. The sliding glass door screen has a connection on one side to lock it but no connection on the other side. I have called about this but no response yet. I could go on but DaBella's has taking way too much of my time already. read more

First off their person who canvases my neighborhood lied about what they offered. Second the kids that came to check out the roof (who have never roofed a house before) proceeding to spend 2 hrs of my time trying to sell me on a 56k roof. I tried explaining why that's not feasible for us budget wise, they weren't taking no for an answer until I told them for the hundredth time that's too much. It's a 1/4 of the value of our house market wise it made no sense either. Next thing I know I'm getting a call from their supervisor who asked if I had a ring camera which I don't and then proceeded to dismiss what I said about the canvasser and said that he got off the phone with the kids that were here and there was a misunderstanding. I was like where do you want me to start? So I began with how it would've been better if they itemized some of the work since they were selling more than just a roof. And that man started yelling at me over the phone how that's not what contractors do. That's wrong I said because I've received plenty of itemized bids in the past. I then put my phone on speaker because he continued to dismiss me and yell. my husband over heard and he came over restated what I said and then had to hang up because of the verbal abuse that was coming from the other person on the phone. Stay away from this company. They waste your time and then if they don't make a sale they run/cry to their manager who then calls you to yell you out. I just recently had a company do a full siding install on my home. The company Dabella hired contractor Reve Exterior to do installation. All I can say is Never never allow these people to do work for you. I am so disappointed in the workmanship I want to cry. They damaged my storage shed standing on top of it the turning it sideways. Removed my outdoor electrical outlets, didn't t reinstall them. Didn't trim the fascia for new Gutter system to be installed. Horribly trimmed windows and door and the list continues. Messy cleanup nails everywhere. Siding piece all over my lawn crush winter faucet covers. Too much too list. I keep getting told they are checking on it. I come home today to find a job completion form on my door to sign off the shoddy, half done work. Not this lady, I will post this everywhere I can until things are fixed right. Tyler from DaBellas is very pushy. Won't stop calling us after we told them we weren't interested and my husband told him no multiple times. He then start laughing and being completely unprofessional after we were politely telling them no the first handful of times. He was provoking my husband on purpose, then you could hear people in the back talking like they were doing calls out of their house with their buddies in the background learing at us after purposefully provoking us. We told them nicely that we did not want to get any more calls and instead they just kept pushing about setting another appointment. They will continue to call and harass you no matter what you tell them. Once you give them your phone number, you're screwed. We receive 3-4 calls daily. Door-to-door salesmen arrived to pitched a quote for siding repair/replacement as "Get a quote now to lock in a price, it's good for months! No obligation". I do have some siding panels that need to be replaced, so I obliged. The guy that did the quote arrived about 30 minutes late, and when he came out he had this big spiel about how they're the biggest and best home contractor in the nation, and then spent half an hour trying to convince me I needed to pay $40k to replace *all* of my siding and another 20k to replace my ~5 year old roof after gesturing toward random parts and saying it wasn't to code. Also tried to convince me to get new windows. He further contradicted the earlier salesman saying the quote was only good 'that day' and pricing would be going up due to inflation. I mentioned I'd want other quotes to compare and he got belligerent about how those 'lowball' offers are for inferior quality and that he would try not to leave without a signed contract. I didn't let him in the house and he eventually left, but now they've been robocalling me every day for like two weeks. read more
