    when my wife and I decided on having new windows installed we did not know anyone in our area. We saw an advertisement on the internet and was impressed with the product. when we contacted the number, Mr. Max Larkin came to the house. Max gave a good demonstration of the windows, helped us get started, and followed through until the windows were here and ready to be installed. When the windows arrived DaBella sent David Doncourse and two crew members. They did a great job getting the windows installed in a timely manner. We needed someone to take our curtains and shades down. Max Larkin volunteered to take these down and then came back and put them up. All of DaBella's members have represented the company in a very positive ward. I would recommend the company to anyone. Wayland McClellan

    Well our screen door window broke and I called nuvu. The girl I spoke with gave me an impression…read morethat it will be taken care of the same day. At the end of the day I got a call saying it takes 1 to 2 days to get the glass and one to two days to install. Wed comes around and I have not heard from them so I text. They say they are busy. Ummmm not my problem. Should have been communicated before. Lady tells me she wont argue with me. My response was I hope not. After all I am a paying customer and want what i paid for. She said she will cancel someone else. I really didnt care if she does or does not. Not my problems. The people that installed did a good job. I wasnt home. My daughter said they were fast.

We received an estimate $22,000 less than a nationally advertised specialist. The product we received was flawless and exactly what we wanted. Time from acceptance of the bid until the windows were installed was less than five weeks. The installation crew, David and Cameron, were consummate professionals. They worked quickly, wasted no resources and completed the installation of all 11 windows in less than a day and a half. After they finished, both of them scoured the property where they had worked, inside and out, searching for tools, equipment and supplies they may have left behind. Finding none, they cleaned up what little residue they hadn't already taken care of outside the house, cleaned the area where they parked, and wished us a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Other service businesses should use Nu-Vu Glass as a model to emulate. Perfection is hard to achieve and rare to find, especially since the Covid-19 fiasco. Nu-Vu Glass is one of very few businesses I can happily send good friends and family to when they need home glass service. Sorry to be so verbose, but it's hard to compliment them enough. As for star ratings, there should be at least two more stars to reflect an accurate impression of this absolutely superlative business.

    3 BROTHERS The…read moresalesmen are absolutely wonderful. They are nice guys, up front about pricing (I thought), enthusiastic, and local guys from here in Twin Falls. They contracted Master Plumbing for the drain and faucet part of things and they are a wonderful organization to work with. The problems started with a new trap that needed to go in the drain. of course it was situated right over a floor joist which nobody checked out ahead of time, after 1/2 of the joist is cut away they now need to shore it up to the tune of $1000.00 for 15 mins. of work and 2 - 2ft pcs of 2x4's, a little pricey for something that should have been caught and priced in to begin with. The shower installer gets here and discovers that he needs to cut the cast iron tub in half to remove it and was unprepared for that but he dealt with it, in the process knocking a bunch of insulation out of the wall and into the basement which then ends up getting soaking wet when he had a mishap with the shower controls. No problem IF he would have cleaned up the mess. So now I'm paying an extra $1000 for 2 pcs of wood to be nailed up, I have a flood in my basement and a BUNCH of soggy insulation all over my basement that I need to clean up before it gets moldy and smelly. I was letting that all go, I got my shower, I was happy. Now, 6 weeks later I am painting my bathroom and learn that the silicone sealant that they put all around the shower enclosure is NOT PAINTABLE! REALLY!! So I now have a border around my shower enclosure covered in clear sealant the color my bathroom was before painting that I can't paint over. if it were a nice straight even line, I could live with that, it blends in but its not a nice clean line, so now what. I've written emails, I've called and left messages and I've gotten 1 call back and was told someone would call me back Monday, that was last week, today is Thursday. I'm fed up, pissed off, and if I could reverse the payment on this I'd do it in a heart beat. I'm not sure there's a good to solution to this problem, but really guys, is a phone call so tough. I've gone from mildly annoyed but still pleased with my shower to extremely irritated and unhappy about the whole process.
