I got a wash and shine at Dadeland Carwash on Thursday, Dec. 12. But I could find nowhere to pay for the service. And since the tunnel spills you out onto US 1, with very little apron as a buffer, and since the pick-up truck behind me was blowing his horn, I exited onto US 1 in the hope that I would find a cashier aat the right turn immediately on exiting. No such luck. Then when I got home, I tried to call the Carwash, but the number is disconnected. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Wow wow wow, been here before and wasn't super impressed but it's near the house so I figured I'd come through, stood at the end waiting for my car and a lady had to have them redo basically everything on her car because she says they are horrible but it's convenient, her wheels were not done, her interior was still dirty. Just wow. What an absolutely horrible car wash. I think my truck actually left more dirty than how it came.

I've been coming here for over 15 years and today I was totally insulted by the service lady at the cashier desk. The wait was the longest I experienced, seemed they were short handed. Okay, I can understand . No I am sorry for your wait. Them i asked for bathroom keys as I got change for the tip. I asked for my receipt. She said, I will not give to you until you return keys. This receipt i need for my car wash. She held me hostage. I requested my receipt and she said no she would not give to me until i return the bathroom keys. Then the waiting bench x 2 had been removed. The customer service gets a thumbs down. I will use my last ticket in my book and never return to a sour face. read more

Left the car just as I brought it in and when I questioned them why they didn't clean my leather seats they said they didn't have time because they were short staff. Didn't even try to wipe this seat clean. Worst costumer service! Basically gave my brand new Suv it's first wash half done and paid full price $$$$$$. Never again! read more

I came to this place with all my cars (3) and it was decent precovid, but now it's terrible they tell you they don't do the inside unless you ask them to vacuum and even that it's not a good job. Honestly, I had a great experience here. It was about half of the price I thought I would be spending to get the interior and exterior washed, with wax and the whole 9 yards. It was fast and they did a great job, so I'll be back for sure. read more

Was in the area with 15 minutes to spare and decided to stop by this place. Went with the bubble wash which is $25.95 (appx.). Includes a list of items that are done to the vehicle along with interior cleaning. Mind you only 1 above this service so I expected it to be a good job. The actual machine does a good job on cleaning the exterior of the car so if thats what your looking for give it a shot for $15. The interior job is where they missed completely not wiping down doors or side panels. I don't think it's worth $27+$3 tip. Why did I tip? Because the wash itself was a good job. Ok so confession time. I am not one to really take my car to a car wash on the regular. This place is right on US 1. Its nothing fancy, but they really did a great job in cleaning my car. They offer 4 different types of washes. I went with number 2 and I added on a deep interior cleaning as well for an additional 20 bucks. They offer discounted deals if you buy 3 washes up front. Wow. Surprised at so many many bad reviews. Have been coming here for years and always get a decent, high quality wash. We buy the booklet if prepaid washes and do pretty well. They are reasonable, efficient, and relatively friendly (for a car wash). It's my own self conscious nature that thinks they guys who work the line look down their nose at me for driving a nice car and paying for somebody else to wash it! But at least there is a tip jar at both the start and finish, and no one stares at you to see how much you put in! read more

My car is almost as dirty as before the car wash. I got the "glitter" wash. The most expensive option. I asked if I needed to add anything. I knew my car was dirty. He said nothing. They did a great job vacuuming the car. That the only reason they get 2 stars. The car wash was poorly executed. I never saw any wax being applied to the car, strange since the glitter wash offers 3 kinds of wax. After the wash they cleaned the windows and barely wiped the dash, as it was still dirty. I ask the guy to clean the cup holder in the back seat. Didn't even TOUCH it. The entire car is still dirty. He applied tire shine on the wheels but didn't even wipe a smudge off the wheel. I alway visit the other car wash down the street and never have any issues. I was really hoping Dadeland Car Wash would have been good as I prefer the car wash that touches your car instead if touch free which they have. Needless to say don't waste your money. Mind as well go to a gas station and pay $8.. the vacuum was awful, my windshield is still dirty, my car smells neutral (they claim to use freshener), my car wasn't even that dirty to begin with so the fact that they didn't clean it properly is embarrassing.
