After taking down the information, she gave me a ballpark price and a rough expected time. Besides conventional tow trucks, they also have flatbed trucks for an additional cost. The driver of the truck was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions, and took extra care to not damage my car, which I appreciate. Great driving skills navigating the packed parking lot, and nice smooth inputs the entire drive such that the car didn't get jostled around. Pricing is a bit expensive compared to the competition, but they know what they're doing. Maybe it was because I didn't have to deal with any insurance red tape, but my tow went very smoothly. The problem is that he left my truck sticking 12 FEET out of my driveway and almost blocking my entire residential rd. He charged me 400.00 and in the process refused to put my truck in the driveway because he claimed the angle was too tight despite like 4 other tow trucks his size doing the exact same thing with ease. It was late at night and simply didnt give a crap and just wanted to go home. He obviously didnt care about stranding me in the middle of my street or he is an extremely incompetent driver. My tire was seized so it couldnt be pushed and he was my only option. I had to pay another tow truck 150.00 to just push it in the driveway because of him. I had neighbors honking at me all night and i couldnt sleep until 2am because i was stuck calling around for someone to help me since i couldnt be blocking the street in the morning. I would only recommend using this service if you are dropping off at a empty parking lot and if you dont mind being gouged. He also bent my trucks liftgate doing nearly 1k in damages.
