My partner and I were met with absolutely unnecessary advice and attitude from the front desk attendant when we came in for a service. Along with that there was a small misbehaved dog loose in the office and it smelled terrible! I was fine with the dog at first when it was just barking at us but what crossed the line is when it lunged and bit my partners leg as we left. That is totally unacceptable and I hope it is addressed before someone else has a poor experience like I did. read more

We have had a storage unit here for several years. We use autopay, but their system glitches often. They will send an email stating that you have 10 days to pay or else...They also flag your account so that your code won't open the gate. So frustrating when it's supposed to be automatic. They also don't reply to emails, so you have to go in during office hours. read more

I can't say enough good things about this facility. I have used a lot of storage units over the years and this one is the best by far. It is clean, reasonably priced, safe and easy to get to. What makes it really amazing is Dawn - she helped us get settled in the right unit and was cheerful and kind the entire time. This place is absolutely disgusting and horrible I do not recommend whatsoever storing your items here. I stored a whole apartment worth of belongings and within 3 weeks they were rat-infested and species were found everywhere and on everything I lost everything I owned due to this and the owners or the employees did not help whatsoever. They kindly held a unit for me in what was difficult to find everywhere else. I had to keep changing the date as things were very hectic and they still held it for me, I slipped in the door at closing. They quickly helped me through the paperwork and so far, I havn't had any problems. It's only been two months though so I'll come back if there's issues but so far they have been great. I also rented a truck from their rental side of things and the same can be said. They were great. read more

I'm a military member I set up automatic payments twice before I deployed after two different times of setting it up it still didn't work so now I have to call in every month to make payments. Now I just came back after 11 months and over an hour drive and they put a lock on my unit with no warning. No email no phone call even when I called and made a payment 4 days ago it wasn't even mentioned. When I called the after hours emergency number no help was given they just said to come back when the office is open. Otherwise it's in a great location it's clean and very secure area. read more

This is the third time I have gone with this company and have been pleased with the costumer service, the trucks are clean, easy to drive and I love that they are bright yellow. The costumer experience really is superior to the rest of the other truck rentals. The first time I drove Penski it was a long haul for me, L.A. to Seattle. On my dash it was alarming me that something was wrong with my tire but then the message would go away. It freaked me out because I was a lone woman on the road. I called the 24 hour hotline and they were going to send one out to me but I told them I would wait and see if it was a fluke. An hour later they called me back to see how it was going and everything was fine. I really appreciated that. I felt confident and relaxed. Turned out that my load was a little off balance that the alert came on. Also, I got a five hundred dollar discount on that trip because when I went to pick up my truck it wasn't ready and had to wait and hour and a half. Pretty nice read more

I have been a customer with Daffodil Storage for a couple of years and have never had any problems. But yesterday I went in because I needed a bigger storage unit and Kristen was amazing. Horrible!!! Never would I recommend anyone to this place. They lock you out if your late on rent one day. I lost my job and had no income to pay my rent and they refused to let me in to my things that whole time. A family member helped me pay 300$ with all they're fees added on and was told they would pro rate a week while I moved out on a Saturday. Well Saturday was the only day I had people willing to help me move. They sure enough locked me out. After all the head ache and money and problems. They are rude and questioned my knowledge of renting storage units. Common knowledge. Sure there are rules but there are Also people who gain pleasure off being distasteful, condescending and rude. I was late at other units a day and I would never experience such crap. The manager " you need to be doing your part to keep your unit current". Excuse you. Since when was an office manager at a puyallup storage unit going to make personal comments. Much less I already wrote to tell her about being laid off and I don't have money being laid off and a single mom. read more

I was late on my rent for the month of April, I had some car problems that needed to be taken care of. Today 5/2/14 I logged into my account to pay the full balance plus the late fees for the month of April, it wanted me to pay the price of May as well, I know I am in the month of May but they're supposed to give you until the 10th of the month to pay. So basically I'm out $70 which I needed this week to get by, but since this company doesn't have an option to choose how much you want to pay ( payment plan) I'm screwed, THANKS DAFFODIL STORAGE :) for making me pay for the month of MAY when you know damn well your supposed to give me until the 10th.
