The restaurant itself has a good selection of parking spots available during the evening and weekend. I had a pretty large meal and a couple appetisers. First of all we got a small complimentary bowl of cold soybeans. They were very crunchy and quite refreshing with a hint of sesame. I ordered some Miso soup as an appetiser and it was very good! Only thing I have to complain about is I feel like the Miso soup was too salty. Now on to the great main course! I ordered a large variety of sushi as my meal to give the place a sushi test run and I must say I was very, VERY pleased with the results! All of the sushi had fresh and delicious vegetables consisting with absolutely great quality fish. The entire plate was wonderfully decorated and each piece of sushi had its own magic. I ended up ordering too much and had to take some home with me! A lot of the sushi had very good flavour compatibility with each other, my personal favourite being fried white fish with Cucumber and avocado. It was simply an experience. The place had a great ambience to it, consisting of a classic yet modern look with touches of Japanese culture. The serving staff were also really great! Spoke multiple languages and was very friendly to my requests! A very soft music plays in the background and sets a great relaxed mood. Prices aren't extreme! considering the amount of sushi you get for what you pay and especially how good it is! All in all this place is a perfect place to get some sushi if you are heading from Nürnberg to Fürth or vice versa, either public or private transportation it is a great place to stop and try, I know I will be stopping by again!

This venue was recommended by a friend and I had some doubts just because of the name. My doubts came true..... Anyhow - my first impression: When you enter the room it looks very clean. Green colours. Floor in dark wood, Tables also. Walls fresh green and an overall positive look. Really. The restrooms are also clean, and so - I would expect - is also the kitchen. We ordered the "all you can eat" Sushi plate - which comes with a starter - either a soup, small Chicken Teriyaki or small spring rolls. My soup consisted of nothing else but Glutamate and some pressed/minced crab meat and atomized salmon. Not that I would expect that from a Japanese kitchen. The plate of Sushi was huge and looked very good. Some of them are really tasty. Especially those with the fried Salmon Skin inside. Now the downside of it all: The rice was warm and so the fish. This took out the complete freshness of Sushi. Something that I would not expect. Either they started to cook the rice too late or they ran out of rice before we arrived - which I do not think - as we were the second people entering the room. Also the waiter service was not very fast. The Waitress was friendly - yes - but lame. Really lame. Aaaah. Snail service would be the right expression. I like "Slow food" - but hate "Slow Service". Reservation/Seating: you should definitely make a reservation if you plan a visit here. Usually they are pretty booked, and I sometimes had to leave again because there was no table available. The food again took another 30 minutes - although it was a week day. This is definitely a reason to lower my rating, because the place was not super crowded that day. Food: The food is delicious, as you can also see on the pictures. However, it is a little pricy - the makis I ordered were 15 € for 6 pieces. But were they extraordinary? Not really... There are other places in Erlangen or Nuremberg where I get similar quality but at a lower price (Hiro Sakao or Sushi Glas for example...).
