Dirty place they reuse the towels . I saw them not change the towels for feet or sheets for regular massage. They are reusing dirty sheets and towels. I saw them just fold the used dirty towel back up for next person. Then , they had me go into the massage room after my foot massage and someone walked right out and they go ok go in. I go no I want a new sheet set . They acted like they did not understand me . I then said nevermind Im only paying for 30 min foot massage and left . Wont ever go back to this business . They also treat there workers like crap. One of them told me they wont give them a day off make them works long hours and dont pay them. I used to go here often until I saw how downhill it has gone . This place used to be a great walk in where you could get a foot/leg chair rub for 30 or 60 minutes. NOW today I only have 30 minutes and NOONE is there but I'm told I have to have an hour massage so I say I will leave then. She says OK I will do it for $30 but then is pushing $10 epsom salts for a foot soak that will be 5 minutes to which I say NO. After an OK massage she charges me the $30 which I pay in cash and then I try to give her a $5 tip but she says wants $10 with an ugly puss on her face. I give her the $5 and leave as I will not be forced to give a ridiculous tip to this shister. I used to recommend this place to every one but will never go back now. I had a coupon for a free massage because I had 10 visits. No where on this did it say I must pay $20 because their fee went from $30 to $50 for the foot massage. The manager insisted I pay $20! Probably the best hour long massage I have ever had! Not fancy & not much English spoken, but reasonably priced and a great deep tissue massage. I have arthritis and felt 100% more flexible with less pain after my session. Don't let the austere decor deter you. Try Daily Massage & enjoy! Most UNRELAXING EXPERIENCE EVER! The lady massaging me was taking phone calls while working on me. People walking in and out talking loudly. It was so bad that while i was getting my foot massage a fellow employee walked over and showed her to tip the girl massaging me.. extremeley unprofessional. Nothing relaxing at all about this place. Very poor experience. The bed was uncomfortable, with no sheets -- just a small towel covering it, and another for me. The person who worked on me wasn't very well trained, and she didn't respond to my requests for "more pressure" in a couple of spots that were especially stiff. I'm not sure if it was lack of training/technique, or if she didn't understand but either way, there was no response. When I checked out, I asked for $10 back, and she didn't respond to that either, so I ended up tipping $20. The service itself was $60....the same as a real massage with a licensed therapist at Massage Envy. The only benefit was being able to "walk in," but next time, I will wait for an appointment with a real therapist, no matter how stiff and sore I am! read more

Oh. My. Goodness. I literally just left from getting a full body massage along with my mom and three sisters. AMAZING! And my mom and sisters all said the same thing about their massages. My husband and I were very pleased with our massages, and would highly recommend Daily Massage. This is not a spa, so don't expect great ambience or extra pampering. What you do get is a through massage, in a clean, austere environment. The girl that massaged me was inexperienced at what I was asking for, which was a deep tissue to loosen the very bad knots in my upper back, shoulders and neck. Because she didn't speak English, it was difficult to convey what I needed so I didn't get what I needed. She advised me of the massage price and when I went to pay, it was an extra $6 because I used a credit card. Then, when I tipped according to the service I received, the girl who completed the transaction told me the tip was NOT ENOUGH! I couldn't believe this and then read a review that advised that the owner doesn't pay them, they rely on tips. HORRIBLE!! Spoke no English... They had no idea how to do either a Thai or Swedish massage. Offered me no sheet (only bath towel) to cover. The initial "warm-up" for he actual massage left me uncovered and very exposed. When our couples massage began, the 2 therapists talked in Vietnamese for at least the first 10 minutes of our session. I asked for a harder massage & she did the opposite. I asked again for harder & she went back to how she was massaging to begin with. After more talking from the "therapists" I got up from table & told them I was done with the session. They didn't understand what I was telling them until I dropped my towel and stood there naked. Once I began to dress, the attendant asked, "Oh, massage no good for you!" My husband finished his massage & said it wasn't great either. I'd be surprised if the lady who attempted to give me a massage was licensed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER for a massage!! :-( read more

OMG! My sister was in town and I was telling her how for years I have not liked my massages. I always felt they just rubbed lotion on you and really never worked your muscles hard. Also at times I got the feeling that they really were not into their job. My sister said that is why she goes to the Asians for massage. She said they are the only ones who do it well. So I got to Googling and found this place in Bluffton, SC At first I was not sure about it. But as I said at the beginning of this review. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I workout and alway have back, and shoulder issues. The girl was amazing. She really worked my back and got those tight muscles loosened. Like I said before, all my other massages I hated giving a tip. I felt like all they did was put lotion on me. I gave a nice tip to this girl. If you want a real massage trust the Chinese. They really know how to do it. If any one gives a negative review, they are either competition, or crazy. Oh and the girls was happy to give a massage.
