You guys already have two stars and yet you don't seem to get rid of bad employees? I asked for a cookie dough blizzard and was given some blue Superman one. My fiancé went in and they just took it and gave it to the next person in the drive thru!! Disgusting!! Then he had to ask twice for the manager and he said it was just another random employee in the back not even an actual manager. You guys do not manage your employees or business well and I'm surprised it is still even open. read more

Unacceptable service. Tried to get my DoorDash order and they gave it to someone else. I was told "it happens sometimes" like this is a common occurrence and to "contact DoorDash" like it's their fault these employees can't do something as simple as verifying a name on an order before handing it to a random person. Don't ever ask for anything extra to be added to your blizzard at this DQ. Every time I have been gypped and they never give me anything extra when I ask for it (i.e. extra fudge) except for the price. The customer service is awful and I was the only car in line. I waited about 7 minutes for a large cookie dough blizzard and when I got it there was barely any cookie dough in it and the extra fudge I asked for was non existent. The kids manning the posts were doing way more talking than working which caused the long wait. This has happened more than once. At a different time I even had a receipt down inside my blizzard after I ate most of it. I did get refunded for it but 3 strikes your out. I'm going to a different DQ now. read more

This DQ is alright. Your order comes quick and you don't have to wait long. Basic menu and blizzard choices. I recently tried the Oreo Cheese-quake blizzard which was very good. There are really not many people there unless you go after dinner time then its a bit busier. Not much else to say besides if you love good ice cream come visit. read more

WORST...DQ...EVER. It took nearly ten minutes to get up to the window and only one car was in front of me. The cashier got my simple order of 2 butterscotch, the rest half chocolate half cherry Dilly bars totally wrong. I only ordered two packs of them=12, right? Should've been 5 and 5. I got charged for the two packs and only got one delivered to the window. Kid wondered what I was still waiting on? Uh...rest of order? After all that they gave me 2 butterscotch, 4 chocolate, 6 cherry...idiots. No one knows what the other is doing here. I won't be back. The manager or employee told us they were open for drive thru only when we walked inside to order our ice creams, after another family in front of us was ordering via door dash supposedly. It was no problem for us at all; we ordered in the drive thru and ate our ice cream outside. The manager (I think) came out and handed us 2 free ice cream tickets and told us he felt so bad for what happened. Like I said, we weren't upset at all, but it shows amazing customer service that he came outside anyway and told us he felt bad for what happened & compensated us with the two coupons. We don't go to Dairy Queen often, but will go more often now because of the great customer service we received. read more

They were extremely rude at the drive thru window and charged us for the wrong order and then didn't give us our money back. The manager claimed that he couldn't open the registers to get the money back which is a complete lie. It was very obvious that the employees didn't care about customer service at all. I have gone to this specific location considering I lived very close to it. My entire 19 years I've gone here. It has been a hit or miss. Since I'd say about 2012 the service has gone down, rude employees, closes 20 minutes before their close time, and orders wrong. I've been wanting a blizzard for a while now but, considering I typically get out after they close. Tonight I got out a whole half an hour earlier than their close time. I drive by and the sign is out, no one in the parking lot, and it's dark within the store. They are closed. I drove by a whole 20 minutes before they closed. This isnt the first time that they are closed before their posted time. I am disappointed that they are closed before 9:00. Please if you are going to continue to close 20 to 30 minutes before 9:00 change your hours. read more

This is not a statement about the quality of Dairy Queen, more of the quality of this Dairy Queen vs others. The other DQ's in town will make you any flavor of Blizzard they ever had, but not this one. If it isn't on the menu, you aren't getting it. If it is on the menu, prepare to wait longer than at the other DQs. At times, I think it would be quicker to wait for the north side DQ to open for the season than to wait for there clowns. read more

This Dairy Queen is terrible. About once a year I give it a shot to see if it's gotten any better, but it never does. Too bad, because I would love to go there more often. This place is horrible. Never have I gotten good service. Last night was my last draw, and I will never go there again. We waited in drive thru for 6min without the line moving. I saw a car pull out of line into the parking lot and go inside. And I thought to myself "great idea" I'll do the same it will be faster. So I pull out of line, park, and go in with my daughter. The guy behind the counter immediately snarls "Inside is CLOSED, you can only use drive thru" and I said "well why are these people in here then?" He said "They are part of Door Dash, you cannot order inside you need to go outside and use drive thru" with THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE. As IF I was stupid an entire family delivering door door dash? Then the little boy looked dead at me and said "we are family, that's why were are here" So I looked at the guy and said I'm going to 22nd, you guys lost my business. They are not consistent. Me and my husband ALWAYS order an Arctic Rush "suicide" which is all the flavors combined. We have been ordering them without issue for YEARS. Like 10+ years. All of a sudden sometimes we can get them and sometimes they tell us no. It's only at this particular Dairy Queen that we have problems. Otherwise good service. read more

I'm not sure where customer service or quality went in this particular DQ but I wish they would bring it back. Staff is unprofessional, slow, and the product is like soup before they hand it out the window at the "drive-thru" a term I use very loosely. If your goal is to hang out in the drive-thru and consume a shake versus a sundae, than this is the place to be. Try Culvers instead. read more

I love this DQ. Grabbed a burger and some 6 pack dilly bars and buster bars to take home. My food was perfect. As fast food places go, I choose this DQ over the more advertised plentiful places. It tastes more like the fast food of yesteryear, which I think was a better quality. The people really make it stand out to me. I order my burger the way I like it and it's never a problem. My special requests and questions are always answered accurately and with a smile. Oh, and the ice cream ( you won't find anywhere else) speaks for itself....yum! read more

Worst service I've ever experienced!! Went in for my daughters Birthday cake she loves the ice cream cakes from here. Got it home cut it up and passed a few pieces out not long after that the complaints on the flavor came in. The pink frosting tasted like straight chemicals. When I called to ask why and inform them of this problem a boy decided to argue with me saying it's not going to taste like vanilla. Which I already knew but I expected it to taste like frosting. Got on the phone with the assistant manager and he said he couldn't do anything for me. Eventually he said he got ahold of the general manager who is on vacation and said I could bring the cake back and gets coupons to replace my 25.00 $ cake the only coupon he gave me was for 2 free medium blizzards!! Which doesn't even come close to the amount I spent. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never go back to this location. Staff needs to be trained the right way to handle customers instead of arguing. read more
