Everytime I have gone in here the teens that are working are too busy wanting to talk than serve people and have no customer service skills. The parking lot is a bit small and drive thru lines will block someone from trying to park in a spot or prevent them from leaving. The inside is some what clean, the workers dont always clean up after customers leave and floors always seem sticky. The food is good as long as you dont have to wait on it and usually hot. The blizzards are good, the Sundaes could use more of the preferred toppings. The biggest thing is the teens that are there to work who prefer gossiping or standing around not doing any cleaning. read more

i had to wait 15 minutes before i even got to order.... then i had to wait 30 minutes for my order.... then they brought out my order wrong and i had to have them remake it and wait another 15 minutes. do not eat here. you will leave in tears and be very unhappy. read more

The blonde girl began arguing because I believe she was denying to make a girls food for about 20 minutes for no reason until the customer said something, the employee started trying to fight the customer. All of the employees were talking and gossiping while we had a full line. I sat waiting for my food while being asked repeatedly what I was waiting for by the same female. The girl that took our order was too busy helping her friends that ordered after we did that she totally forgot to make our order. After her friends left and we inquired about our order she stated making it. It was incorrect but finally got our order. The ice cream treats, as usual, were great. read more

Went through the drive thru during a weekday around 445pm and ended up waiting over ten minutes. If you want ice cream go to Freddy's across the street. If you want a shake there is also an Arby's and Burger King across the street. If you want food they have Popeye's also. All have drive thrus. DQ staff was nice and food good, but long wait. read more

They gave me a salad that didn't even cover the bottom. I have more dressing than salad. How did the employees look at this and say: "YUP! Perfect!"? This isn't something that is easily missed. Giving 2 stars because at least the chocolate hazelnut shake tastes good. read more

Waited over 30 for my food. Which is understandable but, no apologies and they were very rude. Employees were in the back on phones with no regard for the many customers waiting. Fries were cold and clumped together. Many avoidable mistakes. read more

Very busy for lunch which is a good sign. I didn't like what I got here, but I dont think it was cooked wrong, just something that isn't really for me. I am surprised at how run down the place is. I would think they would want to and be able to update given the traffic that comes through there at lunch. read more

Food is always good every time we go. It's always consistent too. The chicken strips are my favorite and I love the salads too. They are always changing around their menu, so you can try new things. What can you say about the ice cream? Always great. The owners really know how to manage the mainly high school workers. They are trained right and are very courteous. read more

Terrible customer service. We we walked in to order there were 2 teenage girls with t-shirts over swimsuits, no shorts or shoes. We brought the issue up to the cashier and he laughed. "No seriously can we speak to the Manager?" Sadie, the person in charge, sort of ignored the comment. Asked what we expected her to do. The answer: "Ask them to leave, you have a drive-thru service then through there." Not satisfied with how things were left I asked for the franchee's contact information. I was given a number. We found a seat and my mom proceeded to call the number provided. The message at the number was "This number is no longer in service or has been disconnected". I also noticed the girls were sitting in the dining room to eating their Blizzards. I went back and asked for a valid phone number. I was told the one I was given was the only one she had. I asked for a regional manager's contact information and was told there wasn't one. Sadie said "I'm busy and your being rude so, NO I'm not". I asked her to clarify if she was too busy to address a my concerns and Sadie told me I was being rude and I needed to leave. I went to the table to get my receipt and asked for a refund. I was told they didn't give refunds. I explained that she had asked me to leave and I hadn't gotten what I paid for so I would not leave until I got a refund. I was told again to leave. I again refused until I received a refund. I was told they would call the cops if I didn't leave. I welcomed the opportunity to explain how they were trying to take my money by not providing me with either what I paid for or a refund. I was told 3 or 4 more times to leave or they would call the cops. The counter help asked me to move so they could help other customers. I said no because I needed the refund and I was the next customer. The girl at the register then asked other customers to yell their orders from behind me. I'm still waiting for me refund..... Finally Sadie had delayed long enough she couldn't come up with any other excuse and she counted cash out of the drawer for my refund. She didn't put the refund back on my credit card nor didn't she take the cash out of the correct drawer. I took my money and left. The saddest thing about this entire interaction is that it accelerated to a point it shouldn't have gone basically because the manager didn't have the skills to handle the issue. Sadie has obviously risen to her level of incompetence. read more

Your average city... Dairy Queen. The store remodeled the outside to make it look more modern but the inside still needs some touching up. The food and desert menu is the same and nothing to write home about. The drive thru can get a little long at times so you'll have to hit at the right time. Depending on the crew that's working... the drive thru line can either take a long time or be one of your quickest fast food experience. May the odds ever be in your favor. read more

Fast, courtous service by friendly kids! :) BUT there is no tip jar for the hard employees on a busy night. Or even a slow night. Also the Buster Bars need more peanuts; other franchises cover the bars w nuts on the top, bottom, and middle. I hope next time I find a jar and the missing peanuts. read more

Flies everywhere. Not much you can do about the ones alive and buzzing, but the three dead ones at just the window ledge of our table could certainly have been cleaned. Totally unappetizing. read more

This Dairy Queen especially is family owned and ran. The workers are always nice and are always smiling. If you are driving through or dining in you get amazing customer service. Your needs are meet if you want dessert, dinner, snack, smoothies, and others. Great prices and the hours are perfect. read more

The food was great, the ice cream was great, and the service was great. Enough said. They remodeled and the place looks awesome.

Even during Customer Appreciation day, which had an insane amount of people in the building, they still handled themselves very well. I got my food in the same amount of time I would have on a normal day. They also had plenty of ice cream cake and goodies to take home! I do not personally know the family who owns this but I always see them in here working, not just letting someone else run it. I am glad they are staying in business. Very good place to go. Would recommend to anyone. read more
