Fast service, nice people, clean tables, good experience. For fast food, I was pleased with this Dairy Queen and I would go back. Food: Got the BLT Grilled Chicken salad. Chicken was really good, and the lettuce was fresh. Excellent salad. Dessert: Royal Reece's Blizzard was RIDICULOUSLY good. Kitchen workers don't wear gloves, the middle of my burger was colder than my freezer, flies are everywhere, I waited over 15 minutes for my food which was fries and a shake and a burger, the old guy manager yells at coworkers, overall it was horrible. read more

They are still not opened in the dining room. We had to go through the drive through which is alright, but the teenage girl who took our order was completely rude. I had forgotten to upgrade my drink to a blizzard. At the end I apologized and asked if I could switch it. She had told me I could but told me not to try and remember next time to say it when ordering the drink. That would be fine if she had said it in a normal tone; however, it was in a rude tone, and was completely uncalled for. Just horrible service. I will never be going back there again. read more

Tonight June 14th I visited this location and went through the drive- through. Upon going to the window I was confronted with a very rude individual. There was excessive seemed to be eye rolling, not sure what the issue was but there was a bad attitude all together. I really hope you see this review and remove the individual from the window and any customer service in the future. They obviously don't have any people skills or manners, or just have the individual terminated. read more

I just waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes to order the "new" mini peanut Buster Parfait for $2.14. I anticipated it would be about 1/2 the size of the original given the price and I would have been pleased with that. What a HUGE disappointment and rip off! It's maybe 1/10 of the size of the original and to add insult to injury they do not use whole peanuts, they use some crushed crap that taste like sawdust. I took one bite of this tiny little thing and threw the rest away because of the nasty, old crushed peanuts in it. DQ, this better not be a sign of your future. If it is, you'll be out of business before you know it. read more

i can not believe that this was even an issue, but after waiting all day to visit what was once our favorite Dairy Queen, they refused to make a blizzard for my spouse yesterday that had only two ingredients in it, he wanted them to make a blizzard with crushed peanuts and have the hot fudge down the middle like the new royal blizzards.we have ordered these from at least two other locations, with no problem, but when the cashier did not know how to ring it up, she went to ask another employee, and a young man informed us that the manager of that location does not allow them to make anything different from the items on the menu, so we went from our favorite Dairy Queen to we will never buy from there again. i don't know if his statement was true, or if he just said it for what ever reason. but the loss of two good customers over a three ingredient product is rediculous . if the boy was telling the truth, they need a new manager, if not , they need one less young man working there. i am appalled read more
