Okay, I have to give this Dairy Queen a 5 star review. After stopping several times and taking advantage of their "Meal Deals" over all their quality, service and punctuality in orders has been above par. The cheeseburger meal deals are great in taste as a pretty hardy burger, the fries are plentiful and always hot with what seems like a gentle delicious seasoning but not sure, drinks have been flavorful and the chocolate and caramel sundaes are yummy! The chicken meal deals have the same quality with regard to the fries, drinks and sundaes. The 3 chicken tender pieces offered were plump and tasty with your choice of dipping sauce. Try the homemade hidden valley ranch dip. Delicious! Their mobile app is very user friendly and the pick up times have always been accurate. At the pickup counter every single employee we've encountered has been friendly and courteous. Especially the young lady finishing our order today. Stop in and enjoy! Our fries were cold and messed up burger orders as well, the lady was completely clueless anddidnt really know how to work the computer, we also had to fix some of our burgers to have the right order we had as well. The young lady at the front counter went to the manager (who I was told name is Katie). Katie said we don't sell side of sauce and that I would have to purchase the chicken basket. If it were me I'd just give a customer (or potential customer) the damn sauce. I was going to buy some ice cream but this place was a total turn-off. Thanks Katie. We were in there tonight 12/12/2022, waited 20 minutes for a coney dog. The employees(all kids) Just want to talk, one was out on the floor sitting with friends, who also went in the back talking to friends. Not an adult in sight. I would fire all of them. read more

I like Dairy Queen but this location is awful for customer service. Over the last year I have paid for multiple meals through the app and either received something other than my order or never received my food. The last time they closed prior to 8pm. I get it, short handed. I just wanted my money back. They refused and said I could pick up my order in the morning. I didn't want it in the morning. They said I could call general Mgr the next day to get my money returned. Only a recording. I tried several times on several different days. Obviously that franchisee does not make that business his priority. I used to go to dairy queen 3 and 4 times a week. Never again. Everyone I think I'll try it again in sure things have improved.....I leave disappointed. read more

This establishment needs to be avoided at the cost of obtaining food poisoning. Never have I ever felt this terrible within 2 hours of eating ANYWHERE. I ordered a grilled chicken artisan sandwich combo with two of the grillers. Within two hours something felt odd. By the 6 hour mark, I have gotten sick over 11 times. There are many more symptoms but let's hope that's enough to make you steer clear of this despicable "fast food restaurant". I would place radioactive tape all around it. read more

Ice cream was just fine. Cut me off when I had more to order at the speaker rudely, but wow did the kid at the window have some serious attitude! Very short with his conversation and quick to hand me my order. We ordered 2 blizzards, got the second one and asked for napkins, why they never seem to give you any in the first place I have no idea, he was extremely annoyed by my request and practically threw them at me! There was ice cream on the side of my cup, which doesn't bother me but give your customers napkins. He said have a nice day, i told him i hoped his got better! This DQ was busy but still gave very friendly individualized service. We had chicken sandwich, burger and a grilled chicken salad and all were delicious! Then melissa delivered our blizzards to the outside table. Normally just get ice cream but we were travelling and decided to give the food a try because the place looked so clean. If you enjoy being ignored, then this is the place for you. My husband and I arrived at approximately 8:30 PM on the evening of 11/15/2019. We stood at the front register anticipating that our order would be taken. The two young females to our left and in front were busily engaged in conversation. I cleared my throat but no response. This continued for several minutes. Finally we left and as we did, I exclaimed, "Sorry to bother you,". One of the females gave us an unconcerned, backwards glance. We stopped at McDonald's in Swanton, Ohio after that and were served by very professional employees. Needless to say, we will not frequent this Dairy Queen again. Perhaps a manager on duty and/or a more adult and caring staff would remedy this situation ? read more

I really like Dairy Queen for the convience of the drive thru when I don't feel like getting out of my car for Tiny's Dairy Barn. The food is better here too. read more
