They also did not update my address in 4 years so I had no clue that I was even getting bills. Although, I had been seen several times during that period. Where they could have told me this. Th u put me in collections. I spoke to the office girl and also dropped off a letter to the doctor which the billing lady never gave him. Then finally I spoke to the Dr. He said he would take the bill out of collections but the collection agency is the one that is charging me 300. Wow. Just wow. Ball was dropped so many times. So please people if you use this clinic keep a good eye on your eobs and make sure they are submitting them properly and in a timely manner.

Today was my last day . What I loved most about the Center is the family atmosphere. You were always greeted by the front staff with smile and your first name. Erin and Kelly were smiling and joking along with me while telling me to "do 10 more" and "we hurt you cuz we care". Thanks to their consistent work with me and teaching me correct posture and work outs, I can now reach into the back seat and lift something without grimacing in pain. The rest of the therapists were always smiling and showcasing the same compassion and concern. More than a few times we were all chatting and telling stories while getting worked on in the corner. Highly recommend. Even though sweating at 11am isn't the best look....

Atmosphere was fine, but just wait until he goes on and on about how he is so much better than other massage therapists, or asks to pray over you, or asks if you are comfortable with certain things and then pushes you to go against your own boundaries. AND JUST WAIT until he breaks out the f-ing sketchy yellow DeWALT drill with an attachment to do trigger point massage (dude- get a sports massager). It's some sort of jimmy-rigged low budget BS that he thinks makes him a genius, when it is very bizarre, poorly constructed, and honestly unprofessional. I got scratches from whatever cheep plastic cover he put on there, and then basically got told that all of my reactions were keeping me from my own healing, and then pressured into buying multiple massages. People in pain are desperate people, and this man is ready to financially take advantage of anyone who is in that position. He gave me some of the worst vibes I've ever had to be in a small room with, and honestly it has taken a couple of years to even process the trauma of the massage and uncharges I got as a result of trying this out in my time of desperation. After the surgery they decided they were not accepting the settlement amount. So 8 months later I am on the hook with a large bill. My insurance tried to negotiate and that didn't work, so now I am stuck. I liked my doctor there, but this is crazy. Talking to some other people this is a common thing that they pull. So if you go there keep an eye out because you will end up in collections with no idea why even after having hit your deductible in full.

I saw Dr. Ashley Kauffman, and she was totally on point! Excellent care! Took the time to learn my medical history, really understand the history of my neck issues and show me many stretches that have helped maintain my range of motion pain free over the last year. And made adjustments in other stabilizing areas as well. On top of the great care from Dr. Kauffman, the whole team in the office is great. They're friendly and helpful. I vacation in the Black Hills at least once a year, and a visit will be a part of my visits.
