She stayed in close contact as I let her know that we needed a store for our members up and running as soon as possible. The same day I walked into her store and picked out the apparel/items that we wanted to add to our own store, she contacted me that very night with a timeline of how things would pan out. She was able to mock up proofs within a couple days of us sharing what we wanted and she stayed true to her timeline. She kept our company updated with where we were in the process from start to finish and our products were ready when we needed them. Ashley had great suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. Turitto's is the only dry cleaner I will use from here on out. They haven't lost or damaged anything over the last year. And, they've helped me do some quick alterations in a time crunch before my next business meeting. My only critique, and this seems to be a trend among the other cleaner I've used, is you drop your stuff off, but they don't give you a ticket. Odd for sure and not what I'm used to when living in other states. Frankly, it took me awhile to relax about it. They get the job done and on-time regardless.

It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. They still wanted me to pay for it, and luckily my card didn't process or I would have paid for 3/4 of the coat that I brought in. My coat is still there and I now wait to hear an answer. I do not recommend.

The gentleman looked at the zipper and stated it just needed a cap/stopper. He fixed it on the spot and did not charge me for the 5 mins of service. I was not pleased with my experience. I had a dress altered and the seamstress made alterations…read morethat were not discussed when I dropped it off. She tried to justify why she altered the dress the way she did rather than taking blame or calling me to explain why she thought she needed to make these alterations before doing so. This resulted in the dress being ruined and left me having to get a new one altered. She still charged me for the alterations and then proceeded to say I was being overly dramatic and was by far the worst customer service I have had. I like to be able to give back to small businesses like this in the community but this experience has ruined it for me.

Rebecca worked magic on my wedding dress! I had bought a flowy dress on Etsy, but it ended up not…read morebeing what I really wanted. I was unable to return it, so I looked at doing some alterations. I showed Rebecca what I had, and pictures of other dresses that had elements of what i wanted, and she was able to make it happen. I had a last minute, tight timeline and she graciously was able to fit me into her schedule. She was quick, but thorough, asking me a lot of questions to help me really suss out what I was hoping to achieve, both during the initial fitting and again when I went in to try it on. The original dress was listed and marketed for maternity photoshoots, so it was VERY transparent, with a very loose top and skirt, and an elastic waistband. I loved the flowy look, loved the sequin fabric, and I love an elastic waistband - but it did not give me the look or feel I wanted on my wedding day. Plus, I did NOT want a completely see-through dress haha. I asked for a tighter fitting top and sleeves, but to keep the back open and the off-the-shoulder look if possible. I also asked for the front of the top to be lined, and the skirt as well. When it came to choosing the color of the lining fabric, I didn't feel very strongly about it except I didn't want white and I just wanted it to look nice in the end; she found a great wine-colored chiffon, and while it looked beautiful in her shop, I could never have anticipated how PERFECT it ended up being while we were taking photos. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and I have received so many compliments on just the dress alone! Can't recommend Modify Alterations & Boutique enough! Thank you Rebecca!!
