For 3 years I tried to schedule service to have them trimmed and taken down--no luck. It was impossible to find someone who would actually show up for the work. In April this year, I tried contacting Matt. He made time to come out (despite snow), gave me a fair estimate on my project, and took them down in June as soon as weather permitted. He has an experienced crew, a good eye for what will look nice, and a solid work ethic. The trees are down or neatly trimmed and NO debris was left behind in my yard. Matt offers 5-star service and I highly recommend! I will be calling again for three more 'heritage trees' to be removed. They were knowledgeable, professional, prompt, easy to work with, had fair pricing, and I would hire them again. I first contacted him through the internet, filled out a short questionnaire, he replied within the day. I sent a couple photos, he came and looked at the situation, emailed me an estimated price, we set an approximate date, he followed up with the day he would come, and the tree and stump were removed. The humongous tree was nestled in the backyard of our 115 year old house, surrounded by two garages, three houses, and two power lines running under the tree. Another company said the lines would need to be taken down, but Matt's was able to do it without taking down the power lines. It was impressive to see them work, they were like a well-oiled machine. I actually made a quick video so I could show my husband how amazing it was to watch them work their magic. I am so glad I heard about them through a friend's recommendation. MN
