Both have been tasty: savory, creamy, balanced in fat and fresh notes. The fat component is qualitative, the ice cream is sweet without exaggeration. The density of the cream is kept simply by the air, apparently, are used less artificial emulsifiers: the cone in the sun it melts as it should do by its nature. The manager is very kind and soft-spoken. I suggest to taste Raspberry, Mango and Yogurt. Prices are also better than average (in June 2016 were 1.80 for the small cone, 2.20 for the medium). I will definitely return. Good also the Organic Coffee. Quello della Gelateria La Veneta è Uno dei migliori gelati di tutta la provincia di Fermo. Ho assaggiato i gusti crema e poi i gusti frutta. Entrambi si sono dimostrati "gustosissimi": sapidi, cremosi, bilanciati nella parte grassa e nelle note di freschezza. Una componente grassa di qualità, gelato dolce senza esagerare. La densità della crema è tenuta su semplicemente dall'aria e da, apparentemente, meno emulsionanti artificiali: il cono al sole si "squaglia" come deve essere per sua natura. Il gestore è molto gentile e pacato. Consiglio i gusti Lampone, Mango e Yogurt che ho gustato. I prezzi sono anche migliori della media (a giugno 2016 erano 1,80 per il cono piccolo, 2,20 per quello medio). Ci tornerò sicuramente. Buono anche il Caffè Biologico.
