With that said, Dental Distinctions is my favorite dentist office ever. The staff is friendly, engaging and quite passionate about their work. That in itself is enough to make me happy, but in addition they have state of the art equipment to analyze the teeth and detect issues not only with the teeth and jaw, but also with the airways and tongue. They have helped me greatly with my sleeplessness and to eliminate my snoring. Dr. Nelson is knowledgeable on such a broad level of physical and mental well being she is a pleasure to be around and you feel like you are in the best hands. I wish I had more dental issues so I could visit them more often!

We had called a few other dentist in the area and none were able to accept us on such short notice and accordingly to our schedule. Fortunately, we found this clinic who was willing to do an urgent exam and treat my sons dental pain. Dr Cattron was super sweet and friendly. He explained everything so well and made my son feel extremely comfortable. He prescribed antibiotics and even followed up with his cell-phone number if we needed further care during our out-of-state trip. Chealeen was the assistant who was very kind and pleasant. In fact, all the ladies at the front dest were all very helpful and helped provide paperwork we needed to file for billing reimbursements. The entire group seems to work well together and communicate with each other very well. They all made sure our needs were met! To top it off, Dr Cattron wanted to do an X-ray on the tooth & considering we were traveling & paying out of pocket, he didn't even charge us for it. I returned this summer to see Dr Stebbins-Han, the OG Stebbins son in law. He set me up with a set of short term Invisalign to make some minor adjustments. The staff here has ALWAYS been awesome and you can tell they love their job. There were still some familiar faces since I was 15 years old (21 years later!) and they recognized me!! And loved to see my new family and treat my boys awesome. Someone is always willing to hold the baby while the doc checks me out. Best customer service and special place in the community!

I believe it would have been the right thing to do- ensuring that the customer was covered and not having out of pocket expenses.
