Scheduled an appointment for a hoarding junk removal and the guy stated he would be there and entirely no showed. He then lied claiming he was there while I missed half a day of work waiting on the doorbell to be rung. No idea where he was and then he tried to claim I gave the wrong address but I double checked and he is just wrong. His overall attitude just sucks, and he is entirely unreliable. Will never use again. UPDATE: After posting the review the owner condescendingly messaged me calling me the wrong name, and continuing to lie about his no show. We sat there ALL MORNING. Not just me but my wife as well. All he had to do was apologize and we probably would have removed the review. INstead, he has refused. We ended up having to pay another company a premium to come do the work, while the owner continues to refuse to even apologize or take any responsibility for not showing up. Didn't provide the agreed to service, damaged our property, refused to provide insurance, claims he illegally recorded the interior of our home without consent which is a felony, and more.
