I finally went to see Dr Jagalur at the recommendation of my PCP. Dr Jagalur is a very caring and extremely good at what she does. In three visits in under a month she has managed to completely get my BP under Control. She made some med changes and changed the schedule of when I take my meds. She has personally called me on my cell to check up on me and that should tell you enough. How Many Physicans do you see that actually call you. No call back. I called once again about the referral left message. No call back. Called again different number this time. Got a hold of someone who said they had the referral but no info on what referral was about. Made appointment for almost three weeks in the future. Woman said if any problems she would give me a call. Day before appointment someone call says I have a appointment but they don't know what it's for. I explained the situation to her about the referral. She said I need to get lab work done that day for my appointment. I said no it's already been done. She gave me a number of their referral person to call to figure out the problem with the referral . I said no I'm the patient you call it's your job. Day of appointment 9:30 am. Walk up to the window lady says they are not receiving patients yet (it's 9:20) have a seat. Four people sitting already waiting. The person sitting next to me gives a look of frustration so I ask what time is his appointment and with which doctor. His appointment 9:00 same doctor I find out the other patients are also for same doctor. I ask the receptionist what's going on? She informed me the Doctor was running behind. She also informed me that he is pretty quick so the wait won't be that long. We informed her of all the issues I've had making this appointment and it isn't a good thing that a doctor is quick. At that point I left the office shaking my head. As I left I said good luck to the patient I talked to earlier. Other patient walked up to the window got his paperwork canceled his appointment a walked out right behind me. Overall to me this office is unprofessional and they really don't care about the patient . This whole experience from making the appointment to appointment day was horrendous. Stay away. There are other places you can go.

I have high standards and all. But- overlook her. He's fantastic, and if you are in the need of a kidney fella I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
