The day of the wedding they didn't know the exact time line so we ended up cutting time early from the park where we were taking majority of our pictures. Then as we are getting our pictures taken all the two gals are doing is bickering back and forth. Then we get our pictures back and it comes to find out I (bride) didn't get a picture with the ring bear but the groom got a picture with the flower girl. We did end up getting a free picture book (part of our package) through her which was nice and she wouldn't let us see it until it was up to her standards which was good and our pictures look nice.

She was able to meet this request as well as make sure we had all the staged photos with our family and wedding party. Working with Chelsea prior to the wedding was a breeze. She emailed us a form collecting information about the style of our wedding, our timeline, and details regarding specific photos that we would like and recommendations for common photos couples recommend. She even has a recommended timeline created with time estimates. This was helpful as we were better able to tailor our timeline to ensure we had adequate time for all of the pictures we wanted! She kept in touch via email prior to the wedding and responded in a timely manner. The day of the wedding, Chelsea arrived early and was well prepared. She even had an emergency kit with extra supplies that the bridal party may need. She kept us on schedule, had tons of ideas and was receptive to our ideas as well.
