Next head into the brewery to see where they store the ingredients, how they mix their recipes, and how it eventually gets bottled and ready for shipping. The robots were cool to watch as they moved legs, aligned cases, and wrapped pallets. At the end, you get to taste three beers. We tried St George, Red, and Green. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the tasting complex itself was roomy and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the historical exhibits, available seating outside, some cool souvenirs (notably the tea towel), and chatting with a nice couple from Adelaide. I would have stayed longer, but Fred was ready to go.
