My family and I were driving to another state and it was important for us to be placed in the home when we got there. She advised that was something that she could do. When we got there it had not been not one showing that she set up. And when she did it was something that I did not ask her for as in not in the location I asked. She then told me she was going to give me a refund. But gave me the runaround had me waiting and waiting having to call her sign papers send account numbers and then no response for about a week. Then I contact her asking where is my refund why is it taking so long I sent it via chime and venmo she tells me her company needs to send me a check. At this point I am so flustered her and her company can keep the money. That is not how I spent my money. So I will not be giving her any address to send any money to. That is not how you handle business. And I am not pleased with this woman. Her service sucks and I will never recommend her to anyone.
