Do not fall for his high pressure tactics, and do not let him verbally run all over you. Make him return your calls as he carefully screens his voicemails and will tend not to return calls (contact the Mass Bar Association and report him if needed be), go to court and fight for what is right and for what you want, that is the job of a lawyer.
