Dan, He was exceptionally, kind and understanding. He listen to my concerns at a time I was upset with my existing Ins. company. I would recommend Dan to all of my friends and family. The Insurance company I had Pryor, I had been with them for about 27 years before switching to Dan at State Farm. My only regret is that I wish I would have switched sooner. Thank you, D. I canceled my policies 4 days before they were scheduled to be renewed. Even though the policies…read morewere canceled, Campbell insurance deducted over $1600.00 from my checking acct. I noticed this the next day and demanded a refund. They had no reason to deduct this money but took it out anyway. After repeated attempts to speak with Mr. Campbell he never returned any of my calls. Nobody in the office ever returned my calls. After 14 days and a call to the Attorney Generals office I finally got my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this agency. All they want is your money and when you ask for assistance all you get is the run around.

Rates were increased and we called to inquire why and the response was, " that's just how it is across the board." After firm prompting to check for better rates, a week later our rep was surprised to find we could save hundreds of dollars. Household dynamics change over the years and anytime updates need to happen to the insurance plan, it isn't pleasant. One feels bad for calling like it's always a bad time. Especially when you have a vehicular accident and they are irritated by the call when you are the one experiencing the loss. Home Promise provided us with an interest rate which was better than the rate that my bank had offered me through its employee benefit program (I retired from my bank's mortgage division in 2010). Therefore, does not pay PA state taxes. They had his Ohio ID and all his information and however they did our taxes, stated we owed $800. I went back in with copies of ohio state tax code and pa highlighted. So they would have some direction on how to remedy this. They said it didn't matter, never offered to fix...it took me over a year to get this fixed with PA. I couldn't believe how they handled it and lack of care that they screwed up. It could be they were just kept familiar with doing military taxes. They can get complicated with all that's required.

I called Mike Ball Agency, Renee answered (wonderful lady), we got our quote, same exact coverage we had for far less money. I know that Pennsylvania Law allows Safe drivers who drive under 20 miles a day / year, that is who we are, but we would not compromise as far as our coverage.
