I don't even know where to begin. We just received our video a week ago and we were blown away! I should preface this review by saying, we were on the fence about whether to even get a videographer and I can 100% say it was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding hands down. For starters, they captured so many incredible details of our venue. We got married at the Miami Beach botanical gardens and our videographers captured all the amazing garden nature, including the butterfly's, iguanas, fishes, plants etc. The images were stunning. Our friends and family kept telling us that they felt as if they were watching a high end movie trailer. In addition to capturing all the beauty of our venue they also captured all the details of our ceremony, reception and cocktail. They got shots of our table arrangements, ketuba, our guest book, our ceremonial wine and dozens of other items that we bought for our wedding. We were also so pleased to see that they captured all the people we love and care about. Everyone from our immediate family, to our cousins and friends were captured on video celebrating. And they captured all these incredibly special moments between my wife and I. I couldn't believe it because I barely noticed them there. Youri was one of our videographers and he was accompanied by another fantastic videographer who's name I forget but will update when I find out. Both were impeccable. Lastly, the video came out extraordinarily well. Literally, better than we could have ever imagined or even hoped for. Total tear jerker and filled with such positive, amazing vibes. They weaved in the speeches and music together with such finesse. They artfully transitioned ceremony shots to drone shots to cocktail hour shots and reception shots. This is the video we will look back on for the rest of our lives when thinking of our wedding and I just have to say I am so happy we hired Dana Lynn for the job. They really did an incredible job for us and I would not only recommend but HIGHLY encourage anyone thinking of getting a video (I'm sure their pictures are great too, just didn't use them for that) to go with Dana Lynn. read more

Blown away by how bad the photos were. We got married at Key Largo Lighthouse (gorgeous venue) and the photos were truly abysmal (e.g. they didn't take a single photo of brides with parents, of our 120 guests there were perhaps 15 in the photos... bad quality, at that). Thankfully many of our guests took great photos. We found out the day after the wedding they sent someone who "contracts" with them, however, not a Dana Lynn photographer (nowhere on their website did it indicate this person was a contractor - could've been a completely random friend of the company). I tried to provide feedback and Zaheya dodged our questions/concerns - and further implied that because we "downloaded" some of the photos our concerns were invalid. We did attempt to resolve it privately but they stopped responding. We reported the bait and switch to the BBB and the state attorney. I hope this can save you the disappointment. read more

Hired Dana Lynn Photography for my Florida wedding planned for April 2020. Due to covid and my venue being closed we were not able to make it work and had to cancel our wedding in Florida and have it in Philly where we live. Dana was absolutely terrible to work with, when I told her we had to cancel she said they was nothing they could do. I paid the FULL amount back in March and she kept it all. I even asked if she could have her team in the PA area come and take photos for us which she told me could not happen (no further explanation). I was able to get my deposits back from all of my other vendors that I booked with she was the only one who did not work with us or reimburse us any of the money. Very rude and inconsiderate. Only wonderful things to say about this team! We are so thankful to Dana Lynn Photography for capturing pictures AND video for our big day. They shot my sister's wedding as well and so we knew the great quality we were getting!! This team was so sweet, from the minute they showed up in the morning to the minute they left the reception. They responded to all messages promptly and thoughtfully, and they gave us the most adorable sneak peak! I had mentioned to them that I wanted to be done taking pictures by the start of the cocktail hour (often hard to pull off, especially with 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen!), and they made it happen!!! All while making sure to get the special shots I had asked for in their pre-wedding questionnaire. I am so excited to see the rest of the pictures and the video. At the advice of our wedding planner, we hired Dana Lynn for videography on the 6th of February. From the very beginning, they were always quick to reply to emails, and happy to answer questions. The day of the wedding, the videographer arrived on time, was very professional and nice. He was clearly focused on capturing all of the moments that he knew we wanted most. We received our video last week, and were very happy with it. There were a couple things we had requested for the video before our wedding that differed from what we received last week. I emailed Dana Lynn, and they were VERY nice and happy to help with it. They said the edits will be made, and I'm confident it will turn out amazing. Where do I begin? I spent a ridiculous amount of time searching for, what I felt, was the right photographer and videographer for me. This was always, by the far, the hardest decision for me when it came to planning the wedding because I feel this is the only thing you and your partner actually walk away with. I found Dana Lynn through much google-ing and even in person meetings with other companies and I have to say this was the best decision I could have made. Tasha was my main photographer and Melissa was my main videographer along with 2 other amazing women assisting them both (p.s. was soooo excited to have an all woman team. Girl power!). This team seemed like they were perfectly handpicked for me and I can not say enough good things about these 4 women. They made me feel comfortable, excited, and at ease. They were ALL constantly on it and giving me the direction I much needed to ensure the shots I wanted. The dedication Tasha showcased in order to "get the shot" was unimaginable to me. Laying in the middle of Duval Street on a Saturday night in Key West is going above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of side eyeing or disagreeing with some of the different elements of my wedding (wearing sneakers, wanting some rather "strange" pics with the crazies of Key West and dealing with me insisting I wear my cross body Kate Spade), they embraced it and made me feel super cool for it! We never felt rushed, never felt for one second like we had to specifically ask them to get a picture of something (because they were always 2 steps ahead of us), and we never felt like they looked at our event as just another wedding. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and say comments like "your photographers were ON IT" and "wow, your photographers were really getting everything." To Tasha and Mellisa and your 2 assistants (I'm so so sorry I can not remember their names), Bryan and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism and excitement throughout our wedding; you provided the best experience I could think of and we are so excited to see all these (what I'm sure are) amazing shots! I used Dana Lynn Photography for my wedding. Igor was our photographer. From the moment I met him I felt completely comfortable with him. I love how easy the process was of selecting a package online, and paying online. They are super quick to answer all questions you have by email. They sent me over a wedding questionnaire and Igor followed all of my instructions that I had requested. We did have to pay a travel fee since our wedding was 2 hours south of Miami but it was well worth it. I can't wait to see my photos! read more

Dana Lynn Photography was the best decision my husband and I did to capture our beautiful day! From the start she was always very kind, patient,sweet and most importantly professional. She explained how everything worked for day one and guided us on how to get the best pictures. BOOK THEM! YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED! It has taken me a while to write this review because Dana Lynn is so wonderful, that I am afraid I don't want to leave anything out ! I initially contacted them because of their great work I came across vimeo for wedding videos, I was surprised at the quality of ALL the videos. I was sold !!! I knew I wanted them to make my wedding video just by watching again and again for months their wonderful work. After hiring them for videography, I then decided to cancel my already booked photography package, and also do this with them. From the first couple emails they were always so informative and nice, I knew I wanted them for everything! And so I did. I booked video, photos, and photo booth with them. Let me just say.... How wonderful of a decision!!! They are a dream!!! A dream team !!! on the wedding day, they arrived right on time and quickly greeted me with a smile, the entire team was soooooo nice, they made me feel comfortable right away. I believe I had one photographer, two videographers and even an assistant. Before the wedding I had explained what I mainly wanted to capture on my wedding day. They did exactly that - and more! The team is passionate about what they do- and im serious , they had wonderful ideas for cool photos and video shots, they were passionate to share the ideas and they got excited when they grabbed a good shot ! She was very professional throughout the whole process and did a great job making us feel comfortable taking pictures. Extremely dissatisfied!!! Buyer beware!!! My son was looking to use a wedding photographer. We gave Dana Lynn an $1800 credit card payment over the phone to reserve their services 2 months before the event. Within 3 days of the deposit, we called to cancel the contract. We have asked for a refund on many different occasions and our requests have gone unanswered. Anyone considering using this company, please read the fine print of their contract. It is written in such a way that you cannot get your money back. It is a non-refundable contract and written totally in favor of the business. Any parents out there considering helping your child with a wedding photographer should not deal with this company. Very poor business practices. read more
