She cancelled at the last minute because I had asked her to send me a copy of a "model waiver" that she wanted everyone to sign, she was going to add me and my company as well as she and her company on the waiver, her husband who she claimed was a professional videographer was the only person she would allow to video record the group reading (J had previously asked if we could video record parts of the group reading), she said no, so I agreed for her husband to video record the reading as long as she would provide us a copy, she said she would at no additional charge. So we agreed that this was a good compromise. Then, on the Thursday before the reading she reached out and said she needed everyone to sign a "model waiver" and wanted my information to add to the waiver, she needed the signed waivers so she could post the reading on her website and social media platforms. I explained to Suzanne that some of the ladies attending the group reading, I had not met and I didn't know if they would feel comfortable signing the waiver. But to please send me a copy of the waiver and I would get feedback from the group attendees. Then, without even trying to discuss this or explain her end of things, her concerns or anything --- Suzanne sent me a text saying that "it was obvious that our objections and expectations do not align and therefore she was backing out". I was SHOCKED and extremely disappointed. We had this group reading scheduled and planned for weeks, she backed out late Thursday for a Sunday at noon group reading. I asked her to explain, but had no response from Suzanne. Then after thinking about her lack of professionalism I decided, I didn't even want an explanation, I decided it was a blessing in disguise that we were saved from putting our emotional hearts in such an uncaring and unprofessional persons "so-called mediums" hands. I spent Thursday night and Friday morning trying to find a replacement, because the 21 widows and widowers were very much looking forward to the reading, (most were very emotional and unsure about experiencing a medium reading) I had sadly assured my friends that they would be in good hands with Suzanne, (when I met Suzanne at the Denver metaphysical fair), I falsely trusted her, She's a good sales person, but now my opinion is , not a good person. I was not successful in finding a replacement at such a late date, so I had to cancel the long awaited event. That was going to be the end, but then when Richard T, left a one star review (a member of the group reading) Suzanne reached out to me, threatening to take action against me and tarnish my soon to be new company for making "false accusations". She accused me of leaving the review, I assured her, I did not, but that now I will. The ONLY incorrect information from Richard is he said that Suzanne canceled last minute on Friday, I explained to the group on Friday that Suzanne canceled, I waited to tell them until Friday because I was trying desperately to find a replacement so not to disappoint the group. So, no Suzanne did not cancel on the Friday before that Sunday group reading that had been scheduled for weeks, she canceled late Thursday, she seems to think Thursday is much better than Friday. It is not. I would definitely not trust Suzanne with such an important and emotional experience such as a medium reading. Very, very sad that she felt no hesitation but to disappoint a group of grieving widows and widowers. I have learned my lesson --- to not easily trust anyone, especially if they are good at selling themselves as the "real thing".

Then I was asking her questions and she was completely wrong...I tired to stay open minded still but clearly she was a fake. She would ramble on to waste time and started being animated in the reading. It was very theatrical (something you see off the movies). Also my friend went on a separate occasion (finding this out months later) had a bogus reading as well. Bottom line save your money and DON'T DO IT!! I would give this a -5 star if I could.
