Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic of this company. We are in a rental and the carpeting is in not very good shape. We were told that the carpeting had been cleaned before, but it still looked dirty and smelled. Dan Care Carpet Cleaning came in and thoroughly cleaned this old carpeting. I have had DanCare clean my carpet three times in the past 2 years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I had some ripples in the carpeting (in several rooms) that really bugged me because the carpeting was of good quality and only about 5 years old. DanCare has employees who specialize in stretching carpet and I was able to schedule a couple of guys to come over and fix those ripples during the cleaning process. My review is based on two visits from DanCare for carpet cleaning. The first visit was for basically half the house: greatroom, stairs, landing and one bedroom. They came on time, vacuumed first, did a great job cleaning some high traffic areas and when they were done used fans to speed the drying. Total time was about 2.5 hrs. Definitely 5 stars. The second time I had them come out was for the whole house: adding two small bedrooms and a master suite. The appointment person mentioned it would take a little more than four hours and would be almost exactly twice what half the house cost, which made sense. They arrived on time and were very pleasant, again vacuuming first. However, at about the two-hour mark, they were packing up saying they were finished. I was very surprised that it went so quickly but since the carpet was still pretty wet, I assumed it was clean and that they were just more efficient than the first guys. Upon drying I could see areas that they missed and streaks in the high traffic areas. I got out the old bissel steam cleaner and went over the bad spots and they did eventually come clean. The other areas that weren't too bad did come clean so it look liked they were just in a hurry. So for this visit, 3 stars. Overall, I would give them 4 stars. Still deciding if I want to try for best out of three. read more

Being new in town, having moved from AZ, I didn't have a clue as to whom I should call for carpet cleaning or tile cleaning. DanCare was referred to my by my realtor and I couldn't be happier. They cleaned all of my tile and grout floors, though they honestly weren't that dirty, but there were some spots in the kitchen. The two guys were pleasant, personable, very professional....they wore booties inside and were very meticulous about my tile. They brought in blowers to help dry it, so I didn't have standing water in low spots. After cleaning we found one spot that showed up and he gave it another treatment and I can no longer tell where it was. I would hire them again without question when my carpet comes time to need cleaning. I feel I got my money's worth, and they weren't going to leave until I was completely satisfied. read more
