There is no communication, they cancel classes without any notice. My baby girl was heartbroken twice, when we arrived to the dance class only to find a closed door. No one warns you that there will be NO classes next week, there are no any notes on the doors or walls that classes are being cancelled for some reason. They can change a class time without any notice, which is so unprofessional. The instructor did not pay attention to all the kids the same. Some received more attention and others none. Then she brought 2 of her own kids to the class and of course some of the time was spend on her own kids. I am paying so the instructor would spend as much time with my kid as possible and not her own. I do not recommend this school to anyone!

There was no communication about cancellations--no notice beforehand and no follow-up afterward--which made it very frustrating to continue showing up without knowing what to expect. I also requested to cancel future classes and asked about a refund, but I'm not even sure if that request went through since I haven't received any response. There is currently a credit on my account for classes that didn't take place, but without communication, it's unclear how that will be handled. The teacher was great when present, but overall the organization and communication need significant improvement.

I started lessons when they were in the small studio on Sawdust road - April was my teacher. For the first half of my lessons, things went great. I was making great progress. Shortly after, April was fired and I was taught by Rose. OK, so I burned a couple lessons switching instructors, but I think Rose was the better instructor so it wasn't a big deal. Well, just after I started finally progressing, I got switched again and they moved into the new studio. I got shuffled between a few different people who will go unnamed. The new instructors can dance really well, but they do not know how to teach. I walked in twice, and both instructors expected ME to lead the lesson in we should be practicing. On top of that, you can't even dance an oval in the new studio. I have to walk straight to the other wall, and zigzag my way through the salsa class in the same room. Ridiculous for the amount of money I paid. I feel like I wasted $1400 for nothing. I guess the lessons I took with April and Rose were of value, but everything else is a crap shoot. Sorry guys, you NEED to have the whole studio to yourselves if you're going to charge $70 per lesson.

She worked at another studio but finally opened up her own location. So happy, its close to where we live and now its my husband and I new weekly date night location.
