The flexibility class was great and so are the other classes I've tried- even ones that were definitely above my skill level. They offer a wide range of time frames for classes. Classes are posted two weeks in advance and do fill up quick but you have a good chance of getting off the wait list. The owner Alyssa and the other instructor I've seen are both super encouraging and refused to let me give up/watch from the side lines and gave tips on how to adapt moves to my skill level. I especially appreciated it in a particular class where I didn't think I was physically capable of a particular move and was able to get it with some assistance. I'll definitely be back and I also love that the classes in a package don't expire, which is great since its hard for me to find classes that fit around my work schedule and other classes. The class sizes are great (8 max for most classes) and the students have all been supportive and friendly.

Everyone is friendly and encouraging and it really is an actual beginners course (there is an intermediate as well). Truly a no judgment zone and the instructors are all fun. They offer the beginner series (6 weeks) for $90 and then the intermediate for four weeks after is less than that, I'm spacing on the cost. All around a fun way to let loose and get a good workout in. It was also nice to see that some people enjoyed the series so much they decided to do it all over again.
