I had an appointment with Gina Yesnik at 10am on July 8th to take wedding photos at Alyeska resort. Gina no showed us, after half an hour passed I was concerned she had been in an accident after two hours and several texts and voicemails I realized she wasn't coming and was not responding to any calls or messages. Several hours later I requested my money, plus hair and make up back on PayPal, she quickly refunded me. However she still never responded or called me back to apologize. This is incredibly unprofessional and heart breaking.

Excited even made me smile with excitement. She had so many great ideas, amazing props. Her personality was what was needed to make things flow so easy. Almost like I was with family. She also listened to my ideas. In the end she had my photos done they looked beautiful.. I could tell she worked hard, with a lot of patience and attention to details. This is basically a nicer motel, with much to recommend it. The rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable, wi-fi worked well. There is no safe for your laptop and our room only had a shower. But there was a small fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Probably the biggest disappointment was the pool which closes at 9 and only opens its waterslide for a few hours on Sundays. Really, if you put a waterslide on your web page, it should actually be open sometime each day. Front desk staff were helpful. Room service was mediocre. Mostly because they wrapped the breakfasts in cling wrap before putting the covers on the plates and the steam made everything soggy. Snowy, icy sidewalks were never cleaned the whole time we were there, so walking in the from the parking lot was tricky. The surrounding area is rapidly developing, but right now there are few sit-down restaurants nearby.

He had never even met me before and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. When Night Owl didn't have lighting available for the night I needed because they had another major event on that night, Bill made recommendations for other vendor and said if I had anymore questions or any trouble finding what I needed to call him back so he could point me in the right direction. I was not going to cook a meal as we splurged and thought this is a good meal. I was shocked to see them pack little portions in small silver foil containers that would feed 2 people. The cranberry sauce was barely 6 oz, the turkey was few slices of meat. When I called, they insisted it is enough. This was false advertising and I would strongly advise catering from them.

Sandwiches were tasty and fresh. Cheese trays, pickle servings and meat trays looked great and tasted great. Portions were generous.
