Delicious food. I've been here numerous times. Their curry selections are really good. I ordered a pad Thai this time. So good. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The restaurant is small so the wait may be a little wait because the place tends to get busy.

Dancing Noodle is the best Thai food in Parker by far. It's been a staple of Douglas County takeout for years, and it's because it's literally the best Thai food in the area. They do get busy, especially at dinner, so take your time before leaving to pick up your takeout orders. They have a few dine-in seats, but it's pretty barebones inside, which is fine. You can't go wrong with noodle dishes, curry, and stir frys here. They all have tons of flavor, and it's consistently good.

Delicious lunch today of Panang Curry ("Gaeng Phanaeng") and Thai Iced Tea (a delicious, sweet indulgence). As usual, service was quick & attentive. I love little family-owned restaurants like this due to their emphasis on delicious food served in a casual atmosphere.

The restaurant is located in a small strip mall just northwest of Parker Rd and Mainstreet. Parking was pretty easy and light shown in from the front windows. We walked in to a smaller restaurant, smaller tables. A waitress told us to sit anywhere and brought over some menus. The appetizers were spring rolls and hot and sour soup with shrimp. The waitress actually brought us two bowls to split the soup, which was nice. Entrées included Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Thai Basil Chicken. You can custom order your heat - it was spot on. The meal and service was fantastic. The walls had a couple of pictures so if you want decor, this might not be the place. But if you want good food, check it out.

An authentic Thailand food. Ordered: Tom Kha Soup (Coconut milk), Chicken Pad Thai and Basil Chicken Fried Rice. You can choose the spice level according to your liking.

Nice variety of menu offered here like pad Thai, papaya salad. Great service by the owner and authentic flavors with the dishes. Will come back to try others on the menu.

Food is always good here, but $40 for a meal is atrocious (pad thai + dessert + soda). Was ready really quickly though.

We came as a party of 6 and had to be split into 4-2 so be wary of that if you have a big party: Ordered the beef shank noodles and loved it. Noodles are house made and fresh. They hit the noodles lightly with Szechuan peppercorn (I believe) which gives a nice kick to it. Broth was light and flavorful. Overall a feel good bowl of soup

But walking in we were greeted in a timely fashion and being able to watch the noodles being made was awesome. Pros: large portions and friendly service. Even though it took maybe 15 minutes to get an order of steam dumplings, I can also understand that everything is made in house. We ordered the pork and cabbage steamed dumplings. Very good. I wanted to try the spicy wonton side dish. So next time. I ordered the beef and jalapeno dish. I loved it. The jalapeños weren't spicy but had a mild crunch to them. The beef was cooked really well. Had a light sauce on the bottom of the bowl that paired well with everything else. My husband ordered the Peking Wonton soup. The broth was light with a subtle taste that I couldn't identify. But it was a nice light broth. You could easily order half the menu since it's a small menu. Cons: I had to ask for our drinks, which our waiter forgot but did comp them. It was a diet coke and an unsweet ice tea. Service was a bit slower than I would have wanted. This is not a get in and out quickly restaurant. We did not see our waitress for more than half the time. But we did see other staff taking care of us. Recommended? Yes. Place is small and can fill up quickly. But the food was spot on as far as freshness of the vegetables and noodles. Staff is friendly. So those points make it a solid 4.

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.
