Atrocious care at this office!…read more I'm with a person who has severe chronic pain disorders. Dr Arber unprofessionally entered the room still wearing a thyroid shield for radiology procedures, likely uncleaned! Things get worse, the so called doctor sat poking at their laptop the whole time we were there. I tried to along with the person present a large amount of paperwork. The physician refused the paperwork, the physician used a reflex hammer in a manner not proper, I'm not sure if this is a real doctor or if this guy just won a degree from a slot machine in Vegas! For a pain management physician this is disgusting. To call it all in someone's head when there is plain physical evidence on MRI AND ON THE BODY, PALPABLE FORMATIONS! Avoid this office like plague. Dr Arber, I hope this review is the writing on the wall of your BANKRUPTCY.

The best person to prescribe pain medication is your primary doctor, because he or she knows you…read morethe best, and has the most history with you, obviously. The problem is that today's primary doctor is a coward, and won't prescribe pain medication because an extreme minority of people have had problems with them. Some doctors won't even see you in their office because they are afraid they are going to get the "Chinese Flu" and die. As far as "Pain Doctors" are concerned , they are all a scam, and the only thing they specialize in is bullshit! Doctor Arber is the worst out of the three I've seen and his incompetent office people make his business even worse. They all try to sell you acupuncture, nerve, massage, hypnosis, even mumbo jumbo voodoo type shock therapy ( like in "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" ) until they eventually prescribe the medication that works. The irony is that the pain medication that these "Pain Doctors" prescribe is the exact same medication prescribed by family doctors who aren't afraid to be doctors, "real specialists", (like Oncologists) , doctors in hospital settings, and all other health care settings. While all this process is going on, which leads to the same outcome, the patient suffers, is inconvenienced, has to wait, and has to pay more money. What hypocrisy!

I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!! They seriously saved me so much anxiety over the weekend and now I have several pairs to get me through if I need them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Their prices are so high that even if you have insurance coverage you'd still pay as if you don't have insurance. And if you don't have insurance, forget about it. I will give you a specific example. Their frame with Prada brand model PR A 13V is priced at over 600 usd, while online with exact same model and brand it's only 200 usd +. Same with their lens. The cost outside with insurance is same cost with them with insurance. If you ever decide to buy from them look it up first online like from glassesusa.com or other online sites. Hope this saves you some money
